The hotel is situated at the end of the street (the start of the street is where Rachathewi BTS station and Asia Hotel is situated at, a few metres in is the very beautiful and new Siam Swana Hotel). Be prepared to walk about 10minutes straight down this street. You will find massage places and drinking places at the first...

The brochure looked really great and mentioned it had DVD player, Satellite Channels etc. Once we settled in, we had no DVD player, the channels were blurry and our remote control, the battery exploded and was never replaced. The balcony was small and washroom was not so great. At the front desk, you had the odd one who was nice...

Dear our customers Thank you for your comment. Please kindly be informed that we are not a 4 stars hotel. We are a budget hotel which cost 35-55 USD per night including breakfast for two persons. We provide free tea, coffee, and soft drink 24 hours at the lobby and not in the room. However, our customers can come and...

The WORST night ever in bangkok!!! Me and my friends checked in during the afternoon in a rush as it was our first day in Bangkok. We found out the air conditioning is not operating so we asked for a new room. The staff told us that they'll try to fix the air-con so we just move our luggage to...

We arrived at hotel very early in the morning as we came from Koh Phangan. The staff went out of their way to clean the room allocated to us and allowed us to occupy the room later than the normal arrival time. We had a room with no windows, but is was clean and ok for the price. Breakfast was...

It's a normal budget hotel I can say and not a Diamond which they say . Location is really far from the shopping areas with 10 min walk to BTS station . The lobby looks very untidy with a stinky and unhygienic pool near the lobby . It has a morning buffet with a limited amount of dishes . Although...

Arrived on pre-booked rooms. However check-in was delayed till later. As they rush to make up our rooms. The floor was still sticky when we checked in. The mattress was horribly out of form and could be replaced. Lighting in this hotel is terrible but u have free wifi at least. The guy at the door can come in pretty...

Stayed here for 5 nights, found the location to be excellent, the rooms big and the bed comfy. The staff where really great and told us how to get to certain markets by sky train rather then taxi because it was half the price, all so helpful and very nice. The cleanliness was average, but it is in the heart...
