My family and I stayed from February 18th checking out on February 23rd. We had reserved 2 rooms. We arrived early and able to check in, will give them a plus. This hotel is run down, and has the appearance of being a grand hotel in its day, but no longer. Needs major renovation. Room 1 only had 1 key...

It was cheap so our expectations were low to be fair. It was a fair walk from the skytrain station but we found it easily enough. The service was generally fine, though the hotel itself is dated, the advertised indoor pool is tiny and just past the front desk and breakfast area, such an odd place and a just a...

The hotel is "feel like home" one. Loved the staying and I have to say that the staff there is soooooo lovely and so nice. They welcome you with drinks and fruits. The breakfast is good. The hotel is in a very tight "soi" but its cosy. Staff help you with taxi and helps you plan your day.

We stayed at the Diamond City Hotel for a week. I was a little uneasy with no windows in the room at first but we generally just used the place to sleep as we were out during the days. Our room was very average and could do with a upgrade. Lighting is not good and no windows makes it hard...

The hotel help to setup a mini surprise birthday celebration for my Wife. They actually went the extra mile to help me purchase the cake and help to setup in the room and await for my Wife to enter to her surprise. They even help to arrange for a river cruise dinner and it is wonderful and unforgettable. The room...

CONS: I didn't give this property a good rating for many reasons. It's a below average hotel with outdated fixtures, dirty linens, old cabinets, old bathroom fixtures, dusty table tops and lamps, and not a very well lit place (room and the property as a whole). The bed sheet in our room has been repaired and some parts were covered...

We were upgraded to the superior room and stayed there for three nights. The hotel is ok covering the basic requirements. The best part is, it is just a 5 min walk to the Ratchathewi bts station which makes your travel very convenient if you are using the skytrain. We used to get back to the hotel only in the...

The hotel itself was fine, seemed clean enough although the whole place stinks of clorine as the swimming pool is just randomly in the lobby. The location is really bad however, it seems to be in the slums of Bangkok, if you want some proper Thai culture I guess u would like it but we were shocked! The area had...
