Stayed for 3 nights for the business purpose since its really close by to Indonesian Embassy. The location is a bit inside from main roads and in the evening very lack of lights. Location is very convenient as it’s closed by to Shopping center, restaurants and BTS. The place itself seems so messy, dirty and unorganized. The keep on playing Christmas song the whole day in the hallway and room is not soundproof! One day i slept very late and i want to wake up late also i put DND signed in fron of my room, unfortunately when the Housekeeping around, they made such a very loud noise in the hallway by talking to each other!!! Seems like they want to notify us thats their time to clean the room!! The day when I supposed to check out by 11:46AM the lady from reception called me and said that there will be an elwvato maintenance by 12PM, it was just their way to give us an excuse to check out at 12PM! While Im doing the check out, GSA (lady) seems disinterested! While im waiting the car, she was busy watching the Thai drama! Even she didn’t bother to help me to carry my lugage to the car!! FYI, I was the only guest at lobby and no one else!! Management, you better put yourself together to train the staff about basic courtesy and hospitality!!

Residence Rajtaevee used to be one of my must stay hotels in Bangkok, but after the recent stay I definitely will not visit the hotel again. Everything is chargeable: additional hotel card, printing of boarding pass, laundry bag, even making a local phone all to make a massage booking is chargeable at 15 baht / min. Laundry bag is 200 baht / each, which costs more than a bag from platinum mall. There’s a reason why the hotel is on promotion, because that’s how they make profit - charge you on every basic hotel facilities. Such a bad experience

Recently had a 3 nights stay at this decent hotel. Room is pretty much small. No view. So having a window is pointless. Toilet is small too. Limited TV channel. Breakfast Spread is limited. For Muslim traveler is a bit difficult as no halal food serve (except for the bread and cereal). Moving around Easy to get GRAB. But the GRAB driver do not use the WAZE or MAP so they cannot find this hotel. Location Located near to many malls (mostly walking distance); 5 to 10 minutes. 7eleven is around the corner. Halal restaurant is located near by (5 minutes walk). Overall this is a decent budget stay.

Refurbished deluxe room was nice but doen't need a panoramic window from the bedroom to the bathroom - but there is a blind so don't worry. Toilet is a bit small -made for Thais..? Lovely shower with two shower heads. Good pressure and hot water, spacious. Breakfast was OK with Asian and European choices. Disadvantage for smokers having to go downstairs and outside for a cigarette but that's life. Good WiFi and now they have made it free!

We have a total of 6A+3C staying in family and delux room. Basically the hotel is a very old building. Delux room seems has been renovated recently but not the family room which is very rundown. The parquet floor have holes and dirty. You can see mosquitoes in the room and restaurant. For those who needs to iron their clothing has to pay for the service because Hotel does not has iron neither in the room nor in this building. You must send for ironing via the laundry service. Breakfast has limited selection but still can fill up your stomach space. Front desk staffs are friendly. It is a budget place to spend for nights because it near Pratunam, BTS and many big shopping arcades if you don’t mind do the walking. In general still a decent place just for you have a good sleep.

There is always good and bad, the first being the map on the hotel.com booking site is not correct we were told on the phone by the hotel after we called them because the taxi driver was going crazy trying to find it......be a good idea to change it dont you think? Standing in a small bath to take a shower in the deluxe room is not the safest or most comfortable option and the buffet breakfast though a decent selection was always cold even first thing in the morning. On the plus side the bed is nice and big, the internet is fine, the room service menu is quite good and the deluxe rooms have recently been refurbished apart from the AC which was noisy and inefficient, but because of its location i would stay again in a room with a proper shower.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is in the heart of the city but since it's off the main road, it is pretty quite. From the lobby, if you head right, you will reach Platinum Mall and Pratunam area, 7-10 minutes walk. If you head left, you will reach Siam Paragom, Siam Discovery, Central World, 15 minutes walk. There is a 7-11 convenience store 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was so-so, it was the same spread for the 3 nights we were there. Room and bathroom is clean. The room is a little dark, you won't be able to do much reading at night. My room faced the old building next door that appears abandoned. But that didn't bother us since we were out most of the time and only used the room to take a shower and sleep. Staff were not friendly at all so don't except smiles from them. That aside, for the location, good size of the room and cleanliness, it was still value for money.
