Very helpful with accommodating our requests. Lovely breakfast! Quiet neighborhood but close to the bts and metro. Lots of families as well as solo travellers. The coffee shop is 24 hour that really came in handy.

I just got back from a holiday in Bangkok with my wife and 15 year old daughter. First up, it's in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood but just a walking distance from the action and access to the Asok BTS as well as the Queen Sikrit MRT. It is also very close to a local eating spot called Suda which was very convenient. The room was excellent and provided a very nice view of the city skyline. There is also a great coffee shop in the building complex as well as a 24x7 convenience store. But what really stood out was the service, hospitality and pro-activeness of the staff - right from the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff. Special mention to Atip from the Concierge Desk, Kevin from the Front Desk and the gentleman at the front desk who does the late night shift (I cannot recall his name). They went the extra mile to help us with taxis, ordering local food and sightseeing recommendations! The only negative I encountered was at the Men's restroom at the gym which was dirty. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience staying at Shama Lakeview Asoke and I cannot recommend it enough.…

Recently had a few days passing through BKK and Shama hotel was a great place for my needs. Everything was nice and painless and the reception staff ,cleaning and kitchen crew were very professional. Good hotel, location at Soi Sukhumvit16 can walk to Foodland and Famtime reataurant, hotel has the nice swimming that can see the sunset,Benjakitti park and the lake, it was very very nice view to see. What can I say? Everything was so perfect. Starting from their hospitality to their spacious rooms it gives you a feeling that you are staying in a 7 star hotel. Must try their breakfast as well as it has a lot of variety. My favourite area in the hotel is Gym & Pool.
