Booked this hotel as part of the D1 travel QO for entry into Thailand. Didn’t know what to expect but I must say we were pretty blown away! The room was huge and amenities were all included, we didn’t find any need to step out at all. The service was also detailed; we had our reservation under Ms Bum who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as hassle free as possible despite the covid measures in place. It didn’t feel like we had to do anything out of the norm at all. The porter was really helpful as well (didn’t get his name), would definitely give a special shout out to these two. Room service for dinner and breakfast were well within our expectations, and for the price we paid i would say definitely worth it! If anyone were looking for a place to do their Day 1 quarantine in Thailand i would definitely recommend this hotel. In the unlikely event your pcr was positive, this definitely did not feel like a cramped hotel room. 5/5 recommended!…
Bliston Susan Park View was our home for 3 months earlier this year, based in two adjoining rooms which worked perfectly for a family of 4 with need for space for online school and work. Bliston is superbly located - downtown, a short walk from Central Chidlom, Mercury Ville, and Villa supermarket for groceries and everyday needs, and from the beautiful Central Embassy complex, Central World, Siam and other shopping areas. Aside from its great location and lovely city skyline or park views, it’s Bliston’s staff that set it apart from other residences. We’re so grateful to the whole Bliston team and particularly to Khun To To who promptly followed up and resolved any issues and provided very helpful advice, and to Khun Nuch who very efficiently and cheerfully kept our room clean and in order. At the time we were there we were able to use the lovely pool and large gym - both of which are well maintained and pleasant places to spend time, and the staff very kindly kept our room when we travelled out of town for a short trip. Rooms on the city side may get more noisy with building nearby, but Bliston remains a calm, friendly and very pleasant place to spend a short or medium stay in Bangkok, and we’ll certainly be going back. We are only leaving to stay closer to our children’s school.…
Fantastic experience, it couldn't be better anywhere! In one word GREAT!! The smiley friendly people at the front desk are 24/7 available to advise and help you. The entire process was smooth and perfect, from having nice limousine pick up at the airport, checking in to a suite room which is clean and spacious, having tasty room-service meals (I would highly recommend Thai selections - Thai food here is one of the best!!), proceeding Post-arrival Covid test from the partnered hospital, until checking out! While checking out, the front desk staff tried to ensure my safety when I planed to meet family at a venue nearby - staff was very informative and really helpful. I will definitely come back to stay longer and recommend this as selections for anyone who want to stay right in the heart of Bangkok. Suitable for both long-stay and short-stay because of Suite Room (with kitchen and nice living area). Location is great - walkable to BTS, high-end malls like Central Chidlom & Central Embassy, and several famous restaurants & cafes. That’s what you are looking for on holiday or to escape to Bangkok!!…
This hotel was perfect for a quick trip to the embassy and shopping. Milk and Alice at the front desk went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again.
We're staying at the Bliston while house-hunting in Bangkok, and it will be difficult to leave! The suite is spacious, clean, and very attractive. The pool is wonderful. Well-equipped gym. The location couldn't be better -- easy to jump on the BTS at Chidlom or get groceries at Central. We originally booked for just a few days following quarantine, but have extended several times due to the comfort, the helpful staff, and the current amazing nightly rate. The only downside is the balcony, which is tiny and has buzzing AC equipment, but the view of pool and skyline is still beautiful. Overall, this must be the best value in town right now. When we need a hotel again, this will be the first one we check.
