No Wifi. Breakfast was only eggs and hotdogs and for the price you should get a lot more. Far from anywhere. Hard bed. Cheaper and nicer elsewhere. Bugs bugs bugs. Air con worked well. Its like a ghost town in there. In the ghetto. No bus station really that close. Bathroom had only view to a wall. Elevator was GHETTO.

The hotel is far from the center, about 1 h by the boat. There was no electricity for one day, problem with hot water. Rooms were clean every day, but hotel was kind of old and neglected even that looks great from outside and on website... Nobody spoke English there, breakfast were very poor, also we couldn't sleep 2 nights... More

This is a partially refurbished old hotel. Some of the grand u're is still there, but the rehab has not been kind, nor completed. The reception staff is excellent. There was no WiFi, but the reception staff warned me when I checked in, the implication was that they would void the reservation if I wanted. The Breakfast was awful and... More

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Should have guessed by the sign on the roof missing letters, but we too were lured in by a decent looking reception area downstairs. Unfortunately, as we were on such a tight budget and we paid in full upfront, we had no option of changing hotel. In hindsight, perhaps we... More

I assure you, you can find something better and cheaper in Bangkok. This place is a hole. Dirty, dingy, bug infested, run down... Inhospitable. It was strange, the "balcony" went off the bathroom... Only it wasn't really a balcony, it was a storage for mops and dead cockroaches. The bathroom was gross. The bed was dirty... We slept on top... More

I was meeting my boyfriend in Bangkok and he booked our first two nights in the Chaleena Princess. He made the mistake of paying in advance and was never given a receipt. The front desk said he only paid for one night, were incredibly rude, and refused to produce any documentation of our original payment. They kept stalling and telling... More
