We had a memorable 2 night stay at this spectacular hotel located next to the Chao Phraya River. Excellent reviews have been written on the hotel rooms and amenities by other reviewers in this forum. I just want to express my thanks to Ann and her team at the executive lounge for making us feel welcome whenever we were at the lounge. Ann recognised me from my previous stay 4 years ago and we were upgraded to an amazing suite for being a diamond member.

The most beautiful hotel in Bangkok with a wonderful and extremely friendly staff. The location is breathtaking with a view over Bangkok from the Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar. In this hotel you enter as normal hotel guest and leave as a friend. A must on your stay in Bangkok!!!

I will absolutely not stay here again. Rooms are really dated, I asked to switch rooms immediately upon seeing what we were given and the duty manager Song accommodated our request. She was really lovely. So we were moved and subsequently upgraded, but I found the overall quality of the hotel really lacking. The phone in the room was like from the 90s and not working properly, the digital alarm/radio next to the bed woke me up at 5am! I had to unplug it. On our first morning I wanted to make tea and noticed I had no cups. I requested this along with some oat milk and was told it would be chargeable! After expressing my unhappiness with this they said they would send it as complementary. There is massive bath tub in the room, with no bath salts or bubble bath. Asked housekeeping who responded that the hotel do not stock these things for rooms. Wi-Fi connection is completely rubbish, impossible to stream a video on the laptop for example. Upgrade to decent Wi-Fi is chargeable. Seems even breathing is a chargeable extra here. Things shouldn’t be like this at a 5 star hotel. No slippers at breakfast, health and safety apparently. Had to go back and put my flip flops on 🤷🏻‍♀️ Breakfast was ok, something for everyone with a selection of European and thai options. The dedicated Vegan section was a nice addition. But it all tasted quite poor quality and didn’t agree with me. I also would like to add that being an honours member doesn’t automatically qualify you for all the discounts on food and spa as advertised. You have to be a gold member or above.

I have stayed at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for business and holidays for greater than 50 stays over the past 20 years. The Millennium staff has always been very professional and accommodating. The facility is also always trying to upgrade to provide outstanding services. I was happy to see during my SEP 2023 stay that Hilton is renovating the fitness center. For this stay my flight arrived very late (after midnight) and the night manager for the front desk went out of her way to expedite my check-in and even escorted me to my room. AS always, the service provided by the executive floor staff is outstanding, particularly the Associate Director, Annie.

We love this hotel and our trip didn’t disappoint. It was the first time of staying in an executive room (previously had suites). The room was nice and spacious enough for a few nights. Our only feedback would be the shower pressure was really really poor and only had a small showerhead (a rainshower head would have been nice for a hotel of this standard) the only USB points were by the desk and didn’t work properly. Neither of these issues impacted our stay massively but are things that should be reviewed by the hotel. Breakfast was even better than before. Such a huge selection and great service. The executive lounge again is great, love that you can sit outside with amazing views. We will return.

I stayed at the hotel from September 7th to September 8th to celebrate our 11th anniversary. The hotel is located right next to ICONSIAM, a new shopping center in Bangkok. However, it is far from other tourist attractions. If you plan to take a taxi or use Grab, please spare some time for road traffic. The concierge and front desk staff were all great. They were polite, professional, and attentive. Since we arrived early, we were escorted to the Executive Lounge while waiting for our room to be ready. The lounge environment was nice with a great view of the river and the neighborhood. This hotel is generally well-maintained. However, the rain showerhead and USB ports did not work in the room I stayed in. Other than that, the bed and pillow were great with no complaints. I also appreciated that the hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate with clients. Quick response! Thank you for providing a pleasant stay.

My first impression is it’s quite a fancy hotel. When you enter you see the beautiful lobby with high ceilings and plenty of bright lights. We were welcomed as Diamond Members and we felt they were very happy to have us. We had a room with high floor and river views. The room is huge, clean and updated. The location is very convenient. If you’re like me, I only plan to visit the Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the palace and Khao San road, I only had to take the ferry to those tourist sites and avoid traffic if using using Uber or car. The ferry is around 5 minutes walk to the Icon Siam pier. The hotel also have ferry shuttle to one of the train station (didn’t try it). Bangkok is very hot, so, I go around exploring the city during the morning and evening time. I enjoyed the hotel during the afternoon when it is very hot. The breakfast buffet is awesome, delicious and a lot of choices. The staff we’ve encountered are very helpful and accommodating especially Wink, N and PK from the executive lounge. Green (bellman) and David (buffet). Overall, very satisfied with my stay at this Hilton property.

As a family of 6, we booked a Panoramic Suite (with complimentary lounge access) & another King Executive Room. The view from the Panoramic Suite was amazing. As previous reviews has said, rooms with odd number has better views (the side facing Icon Siam). Perks of the lounge were direct check in & check out at the 31st lounge, free to use the lounge even before check in or after checkout, afternoon tea (2-4pm), evening happy hour (5-7pm) & a very gorgeous sunset view of the entire city. We even witnessed a rainbow one day. We had breakfast at The Flow (Lobby) - excellent choices of food, international & local choices. They have a separate air-cond room for cold veges, cold cuts, fruits & yoghurt which is something special. We also loved the different Thai cuisine available daily ie green curry, pad thai, pork satay. We enjoyed the afternoon tea & evening cocktails at the Lounge. We were served a 3 tier tray of savoury & sweets (about 5 varieties) for tea. However, we found the bread & scones a tad too dry. During happy hour, the food consist of mini plates (approx 2-3 types daily), a cheese bar, fruits & titbits, free flow beer/wine/cocktails. As each item were served on mini sauce-like plates, we found the plates given to put our food too small, as we could only fit 1 mini plate at a time. However, the food was delicious & did not stay the same through our 5 day stay there. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable, daily unlimited bottled water provided & excellent housekeeping. I saw the housekeeping removing their shoes when entering (much appreciated esp for families with small kids) and vacuuming the rooms. An advice if going into town is to plan your day & time adequately as the traffic across the bridge & coming back can be rather bad esp at peak hours (7-9am and 4-8pm). However the hotel provides a free shuttle boat to the nearby BTS station (across the river i believe) which should cut traffic time by 10-15mins).
