This was my first visit to Bangkok (along with my wife) and I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on 6th & 7th June,2015. Please note the dates as its a recent experience. The hotel boasts majorly of Indian community. The staff over counter are quite rude and unpleasant in welcoming people. We have been provided a room on... More

While on an international holiday, what is it that you want ? If it is just a decent room with ac and a TV,look no further in Bangkok. We were booked in here by Yatra.com. At the rates they gave this, there is no reason to complain. The hotel even has free wifi, but it is unpredictable. Don't expect any frills here. No... More

Hotel is located a bit away from the central market area. So, you need to take a taxi every time you want to go somewhere. And with the bangkok traffic, its really difficult. Rooms are not very big, though they were well maintained. As we opted for tripple seater, an extra bed was arranged for in the room, which was... More

Pathetic Hotel. The staff do not understand the problem. TV problem, No toilet jet spray for Indians, No toilet rolls just thin tissue papers, lockers missing in room. The staff lied no lockers in room when we asked other guest they confirmed lockers are available. The Hotel is far from main attraction like Nana and indira markets where most indians... More

We stayed at this place for a 2 day stay and had an pretty average experience. The staff is not the most polite people you will find. Breakfast buffet was not good at all. Though it was a mix of Indian food and some continental stuff but every thing was just not up to the mark to taste. Restaurant area... More

This Hotel might be nice for Family (Children + Elderly Parents) however if Young Couples or Friends are going to Bangkok, it would be best to avoid this Hotel. Sukhumvit Soi (The Party Centre for Bangkok) is very far from this Hotel. Also if visiting Bangkok as young couples or Friends then Nana and Sukhumvit Soi are definitely the places... More

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
