An average hotel. Good for a short stay. Rooms, wash rooms are average and nothing to complain. Staff is friendly. Close to near by Shopping malls like Indra/ Pantip Plaza etc. For Sri Lankans: You can buy your Sri Lankan food by Manel Lanka which is 100m away from this hotel.

Although the hotel was near Pratunam Mall, the room condition was nothing to shout about. The toilet was extremely small and the condition was poor. The area is full of scammer and pick- pockets around, so much be alert at all times. There are better hotel around, will not go back anymore.

I ve stayed twice in this Hotel once in 2008 and this time at 2016 March for one Day. The Hotel used to be a good one during its hey days. Apart a majestic feeling once was, the charms have all gone. Breakfast is Ok and staff are quite courteous and friendly. The Carpet on the common alley leading to...

Decent spacious rooms, extremely friendly and courteous staff, decent breakfast. Pretty safe, and everyone minds own business. Located smack in the middle of the busy Pratunam area. Walk just out of hotel and enjoy pure Bangkok- street food of great variety, cheap shopping. Several 7-11's in the vicinity. The hotel is also walking distance to Central World, Platinum Fashion Mall,...

Good thing AGODA.COM agreed to refund 50% of my booking fee after I complained and sent photos of this hideous, filthy hotel. Nevermind losing a couple thousand pesos by transferring to a different hotel than staying in PRATUNAM PARK which...

I was there on 14th April for 3 nigjts with my family. As taxi stopped outside the hotel we were so impressed as it looked big hotel. The reception was also big but stinky, some bad smell in lobby area. At the reception I faced with a Chinese-Thai lady who asked me to show the TripAdvisor booking voucher. I showed...

Wifi = Not very fast, but ok it was working. Towels are quite shabby,...
