Reception staff did not appear to have an understanding of how their system worked- even with the confirmation number they had difficulty finding my booking. The room itself was in desperate need of a good clean but at least the bedding was clean. The mattress was hard and was covered in a hard waterproof protector which made it even more uncomfortable....

1000 Thai baht for one night. Very untidy, not very nice toilet and low shower and there is no free wifi. It was very convenient to DMK airport as it only took about 10 to 15 minutes to walk there. The hotel is down an alley near a very busy road with only one restaurant in the area. Only ideal...

I grew up in a third world country so my standards are pretty lenient when it comes to budget accomodation. However, this hotel just set the bar to the lowest of low. Dingy bathrooms, noisy airconditioning, rude staff and rockhard bed. Prison in some developed countries is actually better! Perhaps the only positive thing I could say about this place...

If you pay 1000 Bahr for a room, where the bath smells rotten and the bathtub hasnt benn cleaned for years... then you may think that the price is far too high. You have to pay for wifi seperated. Only good point on this hotel: it is in a non touristic part of bangkok. That is really great. Everything else...

Maybe not, but this hotel is hands down the creepiest and most disgusting place we've stayed in our entire lives. We've stayed in various hotels throughout our lives, often on a tight budget. However this is one time I really wish we'd forked out a bit more and chosen somewhere else. We arrived at the Don Mueang Airport at 1am,...

Stayed at this place several times in the late 90s and thought it was good since it is a low budget option near the Don Muang airport. When the opened the new airport and Don Muang was forgotten I assume that was when this hotel started to go down the hill. As Son Muang came back as a airport again...

Same story as others that it was recommended at the airport. This place is absolutely atrocious. The rooms are terrible and customer service even worse. Complete waste of money and then on top of that (despite what the airport said) there is no wifi, unless you pay, and even if you pay, you probably will not get it in your...

Firstly, dont waste your money here. Since I came late into the night (2000 with a booking), they overcharged me by 400 baht. The place looks extremely eerie and dubious. The service was horrible. Upon check in, the counter girl spoke to us with disdain and kept looking downwards at us(as tho she regarded us as lesser beings).she didn't bother elaborating...

I've been here 1 night and never come back here. It's not clean room and I even don't want to use their blanket. When I open the door to bancony, it's terrible dirty. That's not much problem for me but the receptionist service was worst. The girl in front desk has some kind of discriminated and disdainful attitude. The location...

This was not a pleasant hotel to stay in. At Don Muang Airport they recommended this place, but please don't go here! We had a 300 Bath room, but no sheets on the bed, just a duvet everyone sleeps under probably. We had to pay 100 extra for sheets and the staff was very unfriendly. I took a look at...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
