this was our fourth stay at the Bossotel and once again we felt we were getting a good deal for our money. The breakfast offerings are delicious and varied. Our room was the same one we had last year and so it felt like home. The beds are comfortable and the room is large. We love the location of this hotel which is not far from public transportation. We will definitely see the folks at the Bossotel again!
I stayed at this hotel for three nights Feb 10th to 13th 2020. I stayed with friends but I had a room to myself with breakfast. The hotel is very near the Orriental Hotel and the Shangri-la hotels and is very near the River for the boats to the Grand Palace and Temple of the Dawn etc also near the Sky Train station. They have a small pool and there is a lovely massage salon. I had a very good oil massage for 450 bahts. I paid 6200 bahts for my three night stay but remember I was paying single persons rate.
I chose to stay here as it is close to a very big hotel where I am attending a conference. The price is right. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable enough. We have a deluxe room which is relatively spacious. The bathroom includes a shower and bath separately. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is small and very hot, but the equipment is decent. Our let-down is the pool. It is quite small, which is fine, but it's not very clean. Our little one is disappointed that he can't swim during these hot days. The breakfast has good variety and is served early at 6:30 am which suited me well. I do also wish they had digital keys instead of regular-style house keys. There is one set of keys per room so when you leave, you need to leave the keys at the desk for your roommates to access. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and there are many restaurant options around. It's quiet here at night. …
Went to hotel restaurant for breakfast, staff very rude so went somewhere else. Next day went back for coffee again rude and said have to wait 15 minutes because “no water”. Was interested in staying at hotel because good location but with service I received will not return.
Excellent for business trip, readily accessible by transport, not too busy street. Best of all Jack's Bar at the end of the road. 2 blocks from Saphan Takshin BTS, 2 blocks from Robinsons, honorable mention McD's AND KFC at Robinsons.
A decent hotel with good service staff. Not your luxury hotel but a convenient one near to Sathorn Thaksin BTS and the pier to the river taxis. Icon Siam is just across the river. Several Massage joints and eating joints are right outside the hotel. Good for family and business as the rooms are really big....and decent condition too.
WE come every year and love that place. It is very welcoming to pull up , walk in that incredibly beautiful foyer, and be greeted by the staff. The gentleman who takes your luggage to your room , has been working there for the last 5 years that we have been there...that says a lot. The clean reception, with the huge , beautiful flower displays.... The halls and elevator are a bit dated, but what are you going to do to this hotel...leave it that way. That is about the only flaw that i could see!! The rooms are very clean, and the view of the Wat is amazing. Love hearing the chanting in the morning. It is a wonderful hotel for the price. Right near the river, BTS, and all that you could want. The breakfast buffet is always wonderful. I read that someone said it wasn't enough!! What?? There are about 10 hot mostly Thai dishes, heated, and with chrome tops, a egg and waffle bar, fruit, pastries, homemade jams, Salad bar, toast of all kinds. I LOVE the breakfast, and i am very picky. The Bossotel is a favorite of ours and can't wait to go back next year..and did i mention the beds. WE stay there on the beginning of our month stay in Thailand, and then at the end. I love the beds, after a few hard ones elsewhere. Jacks bar, my favorite dive bar, is just down the street.…
Ideally situated for the Bangrak district and close to the river and peers. In a bustling area with plenty of shops and places to eat. Very clean and comfortable and great staff. You must try the Bangrak food hall - less than $7 for 3 meals and a large beer. Round the back of the Robinson mall.
Bossotel is a super little hotel in the bustling district of Bangrak. It is close to Skytrain and river piers, so very easy to get around the whole city. Restaurants and coffee shops are plentiful. Do try the Bangrak food hall, round the back if the Robertson Centre. Massage rooms all down the street. Our room was large, very clean and plenty of storage space. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again.
Hotel is in prime district location, near to the BTS, riverside, Yaowarat, and shopping malls with many good eateries within walking distance. Will consider to stay at Bossotel again if there is a chance to return to Bangkok for a short break.
