My husband and I stayed at the Forum Park Hotel from the 18th till the 27th of August 2016. There is nothing really that we can fault. Our room was spacious and clean, clean linen was available every day and the beds were comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful although English was from non existent to...

Aside from the 'out of the way' location, the hotel offers very good value for money. The rooms are on the larger size, with a very comfortable bed. The air con works well, and the staff are all very pleasant to deal with.

While the rooms were not as roomy as some, it was clean and comfortable. The beds though are quite firm to hard. Pillows were good. The bathroom needed a big renovation - bathtub had huge "hole" in the ceramic layer which was very rusted. Water took a long time to get hot though this was not the case with others...

Hotel features a good enough location, but if you can't get any sleep, it is worthless. A group of undisciplined children and their mothers rented rooms on our floor, starting about 10:30 PM. The children were yelling and screaming and so were the mothers. They were slamming doors for about an hour. We did call the front desk to complain,...

This hotel offers reasonable price and we enjoyed comfortable stay in Bangkok. Breakfast is served in buffet style with a variety of choice. There is a good seafood restaurant nearby. It you walk in 15 minutes, there is a shopping center as well. This hotel is located a bit far away from MRT but you can walk to the station...

Room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. Slightly shabby, but the room across the hall was being refurbished, so maybe others will also in the future. Room safe didn't work. WiFi was very spotty and we were disconnected frequently....sometimes only being connected for less than a minute before disconnected. It happened not only to us, but to all...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.

“choose a room with pool view and preferably on the higher floors since the noice from the main road is really disturbing in the night. However, in these rooms, the sunlight comes directly in the room which makes the room really hot, and with such a heat, even AC becomes redundant”
