Thailand is one of the most popular place for tourists to visit. Location was a bit far from BTS, it took about 15 mins walk. But less traffic jam there when you hired grab taxi 😁. Staff was nice there. Their putonghua was better than English but was ok. NO air-con in lift! Room was spacious even for the basic room and it was quite clean. There were swimming pool but a bit small. Fitness room and sauna there but I didn’t have time to try. A 24-hour convenience shop next to lobby. The price was below 1500 bahts per night only. Really worth it I think. Recommended.

Stayed here for a week. Hotel is OK but beds very uncomfortable - to an unacceptable standard. Breakfast is disgusting - same old poor quality gruel - more like prison food! Hotel gets very busy with tourist buses and I guess this is there standard trade. I would rate the beds and food as more like a 2 star hotel. Cannot in anyway recommend.

All that glitters are not gold and this is what I found out after staying here. The hotel is in an isolated area far from the City lights. The BTS Station is not near and you have to walk a distance. Their shuttle bus is runs every two hours and not convenient. The rooms are ok but the bathroom is cramed. They never changed the bedsheets for the length if my stay . They have cooking facilities minus cooking utencils, cutleries and plates. There is not even an oven. The front staff puts on fake smiles and not as friendly as they pose including the manager who is not guest friendly. The hotel is out of everything and the money you spend on transportation can be well used for a better convenient hotel elswhere. Modt of the taxi drivers dont know the location and most if the time had difficulties. To be short, I don’t recomment this hotel and try to get another one convenient, guest friendly and worth the money you pay for.

Worst experience in a hotel ever! Do not bealive the pictures! Rated 5 star?? More like a 3 star. Staff are very un helpfull! There is no resteraughnt to eat! No food around the hotel apart from a pizza shop. The hotel is located in dirty streets with no shops around or restaurants to eat. The showers go hot to cold. The hotel also wants to charge you for everything you do at 5star prices! Apartment is nice a clean with a kitchen that has no plates/knifes/spoons completly nothing ypu have to buy your own! You get a balcony which is closed and you are not allowed on. I got asked smokeing or non smoking, i said smokeing and the manager says sorry we dont have. I said ok no probelm it has a balcony, only to find out its locked! I asked to change the room when they had one available and just got a rude response from the so called manager. My first night here and i allready want to get put. But of course no refund offered or anything to be honest. I said to the manager is says you are a 5star hotel and her rude reply was "it is 5star for locals" really!? Worst hotel experience ever and a complete waste of money. You can get so so many better hotels here. Do not make the mistake i have made.

We visited Bangkok last December and stayed at Jasmine Grande Residence for about a week. This was probably my fourth stay there in 4 years and as always I had a comfortable stay. The entire place was clean, spacious and the internet was fast. Even though the whole place looks good, I think it needs a little bit of renovation on the inside as it is aging now. I must also mention that the housekeeping staff were top notch. Everyday they made sure our place looked spic and span. The departmental store downstairs is also a lovely new addition for all. Overall, it was a good stay and we will come back again.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom family room in this hotel for five days. It was clean, big and enough for four adults to lounge at. The room was clean with electric kettle, oven, ref and tv. It’s got two bathrooms and the the price is really reasonable at roughly $100 usd - breakfast not included. At the ground floor of the hotel is a 24hr mart. Outside there are food stalls set up after office hours, a nearby 7eleven, pizza take out stall, fruit stands, etc. Although we didn’t explore the train system, the nearest train station is a good 5-10 min walk from this hotel. Taxi is much cheaper in Bangkok compared to Singapore so we opted to take a cab whenever we would go somewhere. There’s a nearby mall - gateway mall which is a few blocks away from this hotel. Reception staff do not speak good english but they do try and are very accommodating and friendly.

Hotel was good. It was a great experience and service was too good. One main thing I liked that breakfast was free. It was eco-friendly environment there. Staff was cooperative too. No sleepers were there which I arranged with my own from the market.
