After a long flight, after transit we checked-in in this hotel. The place itself is very convenient for family with kids as every thing is close by.The hotel itself looka a bit old,the shower very dirty but the room is very spacious .I was travelling with my 10months old baby, just imagine after the long flight a baby is extremely tired.I got a call from the reception saying if i cannot make my baby stop crying.I told them that this is a baby,he is very tired. They told me if i cannot make him stop they will call the police.Say What,Police, this is the first time in my entire life that I encountered sonething like that.I told them they can call the police if they want.its a baby nature to cry.The receptionist staffs are not nice at all .This kookikk 0% customer care, doesnt know how to serve people I would say this kind of people should be working ona farm instead in hospitality industry

Overall, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, because it was quite an old hotel, the wear and tear was prominent. The aircon was noisy too, so light sleepers might have problems. The location, though walking distance from many attractions, is located on a narrow busy street, making alighting or loading big groups very difficult as it held up traffic, causing a jam.

Liked the big, clean and spacious room with nice toilet. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Strategic location within walking distance to pratunam market, night market, massage and eateries. Kid friendly.
