I fortunately booked a de luxe suite with bedroom and kitchen for just two nights. the room was located on the top floor but already entering you could not smell good. the kitchen had no equipment, I had to ask for pots, only two courses, there were two forks and two spoons. I requested the knives and they brought me one held in my hand not even wrapped in a napkin and also dirty. I requested another one and the same scene occurred. The washing machine did not work immediately because the centralized tap had been turned off and after washing the clothes smelled of mold and even after a second wash the odor remained. there is no hand soap in the bathroom, I was told at the reception that the hotel does not provide it to buy it for me! finally I found small ants on the kitchen top. Would this be a de luxe suite in a 4-star hotel? Never again!…
When we first arrived in Bangkok, we initially thought we found a great hotel for the modern amenities at a decent price, and we even recommended this to our friends who were also traveling around Thailand. However, about halfway into our stay, we were suddenly forced to move rooms immediately without prior notice because they said they had to repair several floors of the hotel. A simple notice even the night before would've been good instead of just forcing us within an hour to pack up and move. To make matters worse, the next room we were given had a leaking toilet and clogged shower drain. Then, when my boyfriend and I had to unexpectedly extend our stay in this hotel due to medical reasons, the hotel staff really lacked compassion and care They tried kicking us out even when the local government healthcare worker was assisting us and explaining the situation as to why we had to extend our stay and that everywhere else was fully booked. After an entire day of negotiating, we finally got them to agree to let us stay for a few more days, so we sorted things out with our insurance provider. The next day, someone from the front desk called us again, trying to kick us out even though we already sorted things with someone from management and that we clearly explained that we wouldn't trouble them other than just asking for food and basic necessities to be delivered to our doorstep. We wish management and the front desk would've shown even a little compassion especially with the knowledge that we were ill, but we didn't feel any at all. The only ones who felt genuinely nice and friendly during our entire stay were the bellboys. We moved hotels as soon as we were able to and immediately found better customer service and nicer staff that we didn't feel here overall.…
We were in Bangkok during the difficult time of the second COVID-19 outbreak. Most hotels were closed, but Arcadia Suites was open and we were SO LUCKY that it was open. The rooms are super comfortable, spacious, and clean. We had to stay longer than planned and the Manager was so kind that made all the arrangements taking into account such difficult situation. We were provided with everything we needed, as we had some special requests due to having to stay longer in Thailand. But the most awesome thing about Arcadia Suites is their staff: ALL OF THEM: Bell, Ing, Sai, Yok, Ford, and JJ.
Just back from my second time here with my family. Again, like the first time a year ago, the place is excellent ! Very nice, clean room, I should actually say beautiful because it truly is, very good and extremely nice the staff, from the parking lot to the reception, to the restaurant. Good breakfast buffet and pool. I will be back here anytime I am in Bangkok.
We stayed here twice during our Thailand trip starting and ending in Bangkok. The hotel is a small, cozy one right in the middle of one of the nicest parts of Bangkok. They have their own tuk tuk to drop you off at markets close by as well. The staff were polite and friendly - right from the front desk to the kitchen to the breakfast staff. A special shout out to Mr JJ - thanks for all your help and advice. Look for him if you stay here - he will give you good advice about what to do and when to do it. Good breakfast, although not as big a spread as the bigger hotels but good, fresh tasty food. Also, only a 40bht bike ride away from a pretty cool night market called Talad Neon with great food, bars and decent small shopping. Very clean suite with kitchenette and washing machine.
A nice comfortable suite in a quiet neighborhood. Very quiet! The staff were kind and friendly. Yok, Sai, and Ford were very helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. Mr. JJ was our kind and funny tuk tuk driver. He always made us laugh. Extra thank you to the staff. The breakfast was tasty and always plentiful. Pun was fabulous in the restaurant and made sure we always had what we needed. Two things that i thought could be better were the gym. Nicer equipment and more machines. Also the temperature of the water in the suite bathroom could be hotter. Overall a nice place.
Very good service and helpful staff. Front desk staff Mr JJ is very nice guy. All staff can speak English, easy to communicate. Environment is nice and quiet, good for holiday. Tuktuk is available for going to bts station.
Been staying at Arcadia since 2014. Simply loved the quiet neighborhood even it's right next to the highway. The rooms are so spacious and the hotel staff is simply helpful. Not your usual Silom or Sathorn area big hotel chain. They still provide 1st class service to the guest every time we stayed there. Since it's been open for quite a few years, the hotel interiors need some minor works, like the shower areas and air-con controls.
He can give a good travel advice and very very very nice person. Eager to help you many things and do a great job to drive tuk tuk to take you to the nearest BTS or Central Embassy. Energetic person. He can also manage traffic services easily. Yok's hotel services has experience. She can give good advices to your trips and very helpful. Highly recommend to stay this hotel with these nice guys. Little thing to improve that the washing machine cannot do drying process in Room 610 and it would be excellent if direct wire connection to laptop can be provided. Hoping to see you all again.
Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, Mr. JJ was always available to help us with luggage or tuk-tuk rides. Nice facilities and also tasty meals in the restaurant. Rooms are very cosy and have large windows.
