I've been to Bangkok many times but this was my first stay at the Mercure. It's a moderately priced hotel, and you get what you pay for. There were several problems but nothing terrible, and for the rate they charge, I can't really complain.

hey, i feel bad if the room standard facilities was NO slippers, NO tooth brush(after i get the tooth paste is bad.), and the room shower water was very weak, less water come out. i have complaint this to the Duty Manager Ms. Jitlada Kitisriworapan.More
