No room cleaning service during my stay. We went out for Bangkok excursion and back the hotel at 9 pm. We really shock as our room was not cleaning. We called to ask Front Desk staff, she told that, you have to put the cleaning request sign if you want the room to be cleaned, we shocked again! I as we have not been told upon check in that we to request as normally if we not put the Do not disturb sign staff can come anytime to clean, unfortunately, she not explained anything but offered to change new towels and clean the bin. By the way Housekeeping staff came in 5 min. She is the best service ever as she had done everything for us immediately and deeply apologize for any inconvenience occurred. She gave us the reason that since pandemic time, the room will not be cleaned if guest not request. Better to move her to work at Front Desk as she is better communication person.…
I love that there is a 7-11 available 24 hours just right downstairs. So convenient and I do not need to lug heavy drinks or beverages from supermarket. Although there is also another 7-11 nearby the hotel. The cleanliness of the room is very good! Close proximity to BTS and Shopping malls. There was a slight hipcup as I arranged transport to pick us up from Domestic Airport back to hotel but the driver was not there when we arrived. We had to arrange AOT separately from the counter. The pillows are also too soft for my liking. But overall a good stay.
One of the best hotels we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Simple yet beautiful building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in seeing some parts of the city specially if your room is on the highest floor. Good quality rooms, and high quality service. The best part is that, it is close to the train station that will give you an easy access to wander around. Highly Recommended!
Stay here 3 nights with Travel Together programm, all are nice, friendly staff and trainee, room was neat and clean, no bad smell. Pool and rooftop is good. Understand that this is during pandemic of covid period, Buffet breakfast is ok but hope to have more selection.
I spent there 2 nights just recently, from the arrival by private car until check out...it was a very pleasant stay. Each staff I encountered was friendly, very helpful and attentive. I even remember all their names as each one of them took their time to interact with me and answer patiently all my questions. They also did a great job reminding all guests to be aware of the existing Covid - 19 regulations in place - very professional . My room was also clean and nice, the gym I used twice and it covered all my needs. Will definitely come back again!
The front office team (Cindy, Kate & Illada) were superb. They were very patient friendly n helpful especially in the latest govt requirements on the PCR test n transportation. Looking forward to return to the hotel
My family and I have been stayed many hotels both All Accor and others, Mercure Siam make us impress in everyday during our stay on Oct 18-22, 2021. We stay at room 28x3, room was very clean and perfectly set up, house keepers are very capable, everywhere in the room is clean and setting are 100% perfect same as the first day that we checked in, I many times experience that some items may reduce or missing like soap or tissue paper especially 1-2 days before check out date (Many hotels excused because of the pandemic, their service standard is lower, believe me those kind of excuse or service below standard never happen at Mercure Siam. I personally believe because hotel GM and his team pay a lot of attention to customers especially the cleanliness and hygiene. Thanks to housekeeper who did 100% perfect!…
There is no hot water in bathroom. So, we moved from top floor to bottom floor. Welcome drink for platinum member is 1 can drink. Customer service is getting worse. Covid19 is your excuse to be lazy. Don't slack off blaming every single thing on covid.
there is very convenient transportation. Taking the BTS to the national stadium station. Superior room with queen bed, good sizing, cleaness, overall is good. Suitable for laying down, relaxing, chilling and enjoying the view of the city. My room from 21st floor, Siam station view side, giving good atmosphere, sightseeing beautiful building view, it's enjoyable. Completely room equipment with some on request amenities. soft bed, good pillow, bathroom is a shower with liquid soap Shampoo, lotion and hand soap available. Breakfast can be added on arrival. The food choices and quality are reasonable. can indicate number of your choice, Specify the pick-up time and self taking to your room, it's ok The facilities, swimming pool, restaurant are closed. convenience store on 1st floor are open, very convenient. The staff provide good service. It is considered touchless service. Housekeeper Khun Varnapha she very polite and be kind to offer good service also friendly.…
