good 3 stars Hotel with very good price, near BTS & Bus Station, near MBK & Siam Mall so you can walk for shopping Staff help us arrange taxi on time for early morning flight (we need to arrive airport at 4.30 AM)
We booked this hotel due to the Thailand Pass requirement : VERY POOR PRODCUT / SERVICE - for 190 dollars / a a night we had: - very small room (maybe 16 sqm) -bad maintain hotel - swimming pool is 7 dollars (extra fee) - no shower gel - we wait 2 hours at the airport for the required private pick up to go to the hotel (price 50 dollars) -PCR test is taken at the parking lot (I feel sorry for the lovely nurse working there in poor conditions) - front desk barely spoke English - there is a very untidy 7-11 ( convneniet store at the lobby)
Seems like you are right in the middle of the city ,as the MBK Shopping complex is just across the road. It has so many shops you may get lost . The Ibis is a nice clean hotel nothing to flash , but a great price and well maintained. Staff are friendly and willing to help, for whatever you need. The hotel has a 7/11 near the entrance for some little things you may want . Many food places within easy walking distance.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. The location is great - centrally located and close, easy access to Skytrain. The service was very good, and easy going. Front desk and room service was efficient and professional without being overbearing. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Bangkok.
Very clean room, good view, friendly staff everything tip top, Nice location and convenience. faster check in and check out, I like the way you handle the costumer during this situations well done for your hard work!!
Hotel is situated in Bangkok’s prime location so you can go to tourist attractions easily. The accommodations are in well-maintained status even in this situation. There’s some noise from outside but it’s ok for budget hotel. Staffs are very helpful. I have a good time staying there.
Room is not big but if we only came back at the night... so its not problem for us... located at very strategic place... Opposite is MBK where you get lotsa local and souvenirs stuff.. Then opposite the Hotel is the monorail... super convenient and we are happy staying here... Will come back again..
very close to BTS, on the first floor there is 7-11 in front of the reception area. The room is quite small but has all necessities, anyway TV size is too small in my opinion. Staff is friendly. Perfect choice if you concern about the location and transportations.
The room is clean, aircon quality is good, shower quality is good. Bed is comfy, and you can ask for more pillows. They provide toiletries. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the 711 right at its doorsteps, and that it is steps away from National Stadium BTS. It is extremely centralised, and you can walk to several high end malls and market streets within 5 to 15 minutes. (MBK, Siam Square, Siam Center.. ) It is also easy for Grab cars to come and pick you up as it is one of few hotels on that street that has a safe driveway. It is also right next to the art gallery, there there is a cafe with SUPERB coffee. I really recommend this place if you are keen to have a lazy shopping weekend, want to explore some great food down the road and be right smack at a BTS. Would definitely come back again.…
Very good location in the center of the city. Nice and ready to give any assistance personnel. Good breakfast. After 14 days of staying the manager was kind enough to give us complimentary late checkout. Once next time in BKK will definitely stay at Ibis! Recommend this hotel. Dzmitry
