The best part of this hotel is the location, it is very near Emporium mall, and you also have lots of food options in the area. One of the best part also is it has a 7 eleven in front of you, so it is very convenient.
Room wise, it is decent and clean. I only got an issue at the beggining where we are only issued one key, and we are 2 persons staying in the room. and upon requesting you need to have a deposit and also they don't have available keys all the time. It is better if they will issue 2 keys from the start.
Location is also quiet, except every morning where the housekeeping staff talk so loud in the hallway.
I would also like to commend Khun Otto, the concierge guy. He is very good with recommendations.
If we are visiting Bangkok again, I would love to book this place.

Stayed here for our last night in Bangkok before leaving for the airport. We booked the 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment is a bit cramped. The baby cot provided couldn't even fit into our room. The facilities is good, with the washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to shout about. It is located just 5 min walk to the Phram Prong BTS station and also my favorite Emporium. Hotel is not that new anymore though. Will not hesitate to return in the future.

Front desk are very helpful especially the lady which forget to get her name and the waitress who attended to us during the breakfast. Next door is the famous noodle shop which is very nice. Across the road will be 7-11. Less than 5 mins walk to train station and luxury shopping centre too.

1 week at Arize was something incredibly comfortable. We were impressed by welcomed drinks, special request-fan, extra comforters, helpful staffs, supportive maids, varieties of breakfast, beautiful flowers everywhere. The location is also a significant factor to choose this hotel ; Michelin noodles shop, laundry shop, salon, 7/11, massage shop, tailor, 500 metro far from main Road. A mile from BTS and mall. Many restaurants and street food. Thank you the Quarter Saladang for your warm hospitality and economics price.

The concierge Otto made us feel very welcome when we arrived after a long ride from Khao Yai. The 2 bedroom apartment was small but cosy for my family. The breakfast selection was not extensive but it changes daily so we were still able to eat well. At the end of the trip, Otto helped us load the luggage in the van and took time to thank us for staying with them. It was a great experience.

Good location within short walk from Phrom Phom BYS station, right by top of Sukhumvit 26. Located next to My Chelonia recommended pork noodle. Has nice looking pool (did not use during stay). No air conditioning in lift or floor hall area. Air conditioning in room (even at 17c) did not feel cold enough. Price is good but don’t expect luxury. It is clean enough but feels very dated.

Very well situated and close to BTS, Mall, Restaurants etc. The guy at the reception was extremely helpful, Nid is his name if I'm writing it well... we were as well assorted by Otto every now and then. Rooms was all fine just small issue is the the next room AC was noisy enough to bother you at night and the Room AC needs to be either replaced or serviced properly.

Stayed here 3 nights in August 2024. Hotel is perfectly located just 5 minute walk to Phrom Pong BTS. There are many shopping malls close to here and plenty of nightlife plus Benchasiri Park.......the hotel is good value for money but was disappointed that given room had a shower over the bath and not walk in shower as shown in photos on website. Room was small but adequate for short stay with comfy bed. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice. There is a small pool if that is your need but surrounded by high walls. Overall is a good hotel in a good location for shopping and nightlife if you are on a budget

A good hotel in a nice location. I was upgraded to a junior suite and it's a spacious room overlooking the small pool. Roadside eateries are nearby with 7-eleven store just opposite the hotel. Will recommend to my friends.

This hotel has perfect location, 5 minutes away by walk from Phrom Phong BTS. 7-11 just in front of the hotel, many resturant and massage place around the hotel. I enjoyed my stay, but the aircon is noisy at night for a few minutes. Bed and pillow were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean enough.

The master bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds; each room with a private bathroom, shower and bathtub. Living room with fully furnished kitchen are provided.

There is a small 7/11 right opppsite the hotel but if you walk about 3 minutes further towards the BTS there is a largwr 7/11 where you may get more items.
