We stayed here for a few days. The room was clean and modern. The rooftop pool was nice and complementary drinks were provided. The hotel is above a shopping centre and also has a good restaurant which provides Thai and Western food. The breakfast is especially nice.

I needed to stay at the Emerald Hotel for just 2 nights (ealier than the oldest time this rating allows) and pre paid for my room. They put me on the tenth floor (no problem) room was moldy and musty smelling. I needed to leave after one night, and then they wanted me to pay an extra fee and subtly... More

we like to change hotels in the middle of our city stays so we can experience neighborhoods around the city. This proved to be a mistake in this case. Although the hotel and the service it offered were top notch, it was in a busy and decidedly NOT CHARMING part of town. The street was a constant traffic jam and... More

Room clean, helpfull staff, pool good, unfortunately there is no wifi. Food for breakfast delicious. Far from central city, building looks not like 4* hotel had to be renovation from the outside. Overall okay.

The rooms are cozy. The late night massage service is incredible since I'm an addict of Thai Massage. Breakfast buffet is great. Only one thing, some tourist groups are incredibly noisy in the lobby. One couple even fighting when I check-out.

The hotel room was ok. But the room check out was poor. Staff who did the room check out not sure what to do and lack experience. Inside hotel room got some mosquitoes too. And the hotel main entrance outside waiting area got houseflies too. Restaurant foods are indeed good. Hotel counter staff are friendly and helpful. The China tourists... More

Me and three others stayed between 10-12 August. First day, we stayed at two double rooms. Wifi is bad but apart from it, I enjoyed the stay. On second day, the double room was not available so we four had to stay in family room. The small tower and the slipper were not present in the room and I had... More

Recommend to try international buffet, you will find variety of dishes started from seafood, chinese, thai, italian. Evening is recommended so that you enjoy your dinner while outside is stuck in the traffic. Don't forget the desserts. Khanom Krok is a must try.

We had the executive room and it was spacious for the family. We requested for an extra bed in the room for the kids and there was more than enough space for the kids to run around. Food of every kind is easily available and transportation like taxis, tuk tuk or motorcycle taxis easy to get. Rooms and the upkeep... More
