We stayed 3 nights in Narai hotel after arriving to Bangkok. Hotel was easy to find and we walked there in just 10 min from Chong Nonsi Skytrain station after coming by train from airport and changing first in Phaya Thai station. We also used sky train to get around in the city, because tuktuk's and taxis were little untrustworthy....

We stayed here four nights on the 12th floor, the room was clean and well laid out.The wifi was a bit intermittent at times,it was free. The large breakfast dining room was very spacious and the selection of food ample, the omelettes are cooked much quicker here than other hotels we have stayed in! There is a pizza stall in the lobby which...

The lobby of the hotel looks really nice. The room looks like it's stuck in the eighties. The stained carpets and wood paneling just didn't do it for me. The towels are old and worn out, probably from the eighties as well. They do have modern amenities like wifi and a flat screen tv.

Great hotel in great location. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly. Even through a slight language barrier we managed to achieve everything I needed. The restaurant is fantastic. The best buffet breakfast I had in my while 2 weeks in Thailand and the lunch and dinner just got better. The bar was friendly and not that expensive. Would...

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our 2nd hotel whilst in Bangkok and our favourite. Rooms are a little small but we only sleep in it. Initially walked in to book, however booking via TripAdvisor was cheaper! Good location, we were 11 floors up and could still hear a lot of road noise so possibly benefit from double glazing.

A little outdated room, at least we had. Room was very big. Hotel's restaurants are on a little expensive side. Small pool area on backyard. Location is okay and breakfast is really fantastic. Annoying tuktuk drivers are just on hotel's front door to offer ride.

The check in procedure was chaotic, there's numerous tour groups staying at the hotel, and the check in stuff, though friendly enough, struggle to cope. I was asked for a 1,000 Baht deposit, the room was fully prepaid, the deposit can only be paid by cash. Nobody was able to tell me if the deposit was to guarantee incidentals, items...

a solid big hotel. i got a quiet room facing the inner side. everything good (without anything luxury). a nice deal for the price for such hotel. did not get breakfast since it would have raised the price a lot, there are so many thai eateries and a market around (if you are fine with thai food). first week of...
