Central location for sightseeing in Bangkok. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well presented. We were on the 22nd floor, so had a great view of the city. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant also, which was a great spot to have a drink before heading out for the night. Breakfast included a wide selection of buffet style items, although...

Great location close to both skytrain and MTR. Plenty of handy places outside - street food, cafes, massage, mini marts. Close to a lovely park also. Rooms are very luxurious with all the conveniences and stunning views. Breakfast is large and varied. Pool is huge so even when it's crowded you can still find some room for a dip. Rooftop...

The hotel is in a good location, clean and breakfast is ok the downside is the staff were not very friendly and the drinks were to expensive in the bar two bottles of water from room bar 360 baht. The best bit is the little restaurant across the road from the entrance superb Thai food

We've just read the reviews about poor staff, well all we can say is they must be different from the ones we've met, all were courteous and friendly. Slightly dated if we're being super critical and bathroom maybe better with a walk in shower rather than one over the bath but very clean all round. One great thing is the...

I noticed nothing has been done about the smoking around the pool and it seems that this may be the culture surrounding the hotel. There are other hotels which take smoking more seriously so that's where I will stay in the future.

We stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel & Towers in Bangkok, not too far from the City, but the Indian Restaurant at the top of this hotel is a must. The food was amazing and having ordered the FULL page which consisted of small dishes of various items, as recommended by the Manager, we sat overlooking a main road, lit up...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
