It's hard to know where to stay in Bangkok and there are mixed reviews. This area was great. It felt really safe and the train is not too far away at all. The room I stayed in was a little tired and dated but it was clean. I was put in a disabled room which meant the bathroom floor flooded... More

The hotel is quite old and need some renovation. We booked a suite on agoda but the website didn't showed me that the suite is located in another building (they called it "court wing"), not in the main hotel building. If I knew it earlier, I definitely would not book the suite. We need to walk 2 mins to go... More

My Wife and booked a Junior Suite. We were greeted at Reception by very pleasant Staff, then taken to our Suite which was outside the main hotel, through a dingy passageway, then a dark car park. The Suite was very old and looked terrible. Back in reception they offered us a cheaper alternative, a Deluxe Room. Deluxe it wasn't, but... More

We went here after staying at a very good hotel in pattaya and were very disappointed with the hotel. The hotel has a good reputation in Bangkok, however we did not like it at all. The pool is very small(like a children pool) and is like a indoor swimming pool. Everyday the staff would come over to the room and... More

We stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms were super spacious and clean. Wifi was okay in the room. Breakfast was fresh but we felt something was missing-maybe lacked some varieties basically. Pool was good. Hotel location is good; a bit away from the chaos. Staffs greeted us saying they get many guests from Bangladesh! Probably will choose it next... More

Good Hotel with average breakfast. We were 10 people travelling together and booked 4 suits. Rooms were specious. Everything was normal like any other hotels. Nothing New and to be precious it was a Regular Hotel.

At first when you check in you think this is all right. Then they move you over to the older building which is 5 mins walk away. Our 5th floor suite had an AC unit in the bedroom which shook all night. After fixing that the shower handle broke meaning at 11pm we had to change rooms. This new room... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
