I've been visiting this hotel since 2003 and I never fail to be pleased. Prior to our flights to New York my family and I stayed here for two nights in April. The hotel is always spotless, modern, and appealing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating - from the doorman, to the security guy outside, to the check in staff, managers, maintenance people, and restaurant staff. One important benefit of the hotel is there is a BTS station very near by that is just a few stops to downtown and the Sukhumvit area. The Airport Rail Link is connected to the BTS station and for a small fare one can quickly and easily ride to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport, provided you are traveling light. There are always discounts and specials at the hotel so be sure to check their website prior to booking. I strongly recommend The Sukosol and I plan to return.…

They tried really hard to rip me offf. I canceled the trip long in advance of the travel date and requested a refund, they said no problem and they’d refund the money. I had to chase them through email over and over. Eventually I threatened them with bad reviews and contacting the CC company. They still did nothing. I had to start a fraud claim with Mastercard and even that took a long time for them to finally pay up. Stay away from these scammers

Please be assured that it was always our intention to refund your booking and that we finished processing your refund on our side four weeks before your refund was finally issued by your credit card company. Please note that the process to refund Test & Go bookings is slower than normal bookings, because these bookings include fees for hospital services that are outside of the hotel's direct control. However, most of the delay for your refund is also based on the standard processing time taken by credit cards to process a refund request. We understand that this has been frustrating and will discuss options with our accounting team on how we can speed up the process on the credit card company's side. Stayed here for several times and recently had a chance to stay at The Sukosol for about a week. The Sukosol never disappoint me. They always improve the facilities, rooms qualities and service. Staffs are always very attentive, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, nearby BTS Phayathai station and metro to airport. Only a few away from Siam area and city center. Highly recommend to those travelling to BKK for business trip or leisure. Thumps up!

A long standing and multi award winning hotel in Bangkok, The Sukosol has always been our favorite. We are glad to be back here again after the epidemic. They still maintain superior services with super nice staff. We had lunch at Lin Fa restaurant which has served marvelous Chinese cuisine. Every dish is exceptional. We did enjoy a chill evening at an elegant yet stylish Sapphire bar which served superb arrays of drinks and delicious foods. This is one of the hotels in Bangkok that should surely be on the top of mind for many. Thanks for all the great services you have given us for over the years.

Nat and Koby are excellent . They go above and beyond to help me. The hotel service is exemplary. I stay at the Sukosol when in Thailand. The hotel staff are always smiling and willing to help you. The breakfast buffet in the morning is excellent . With eggs made to order. Five Stars.

My family and I stayed here at a short notice and received very warm welcome by the staff, particularly khun Suthiwat (Mike) who was very accommodating and kind. His warm welcome and assistance at our arrival very late at night was very helpful and we are most grateful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of space in the room and the interior of the hotel was also very beautiful. Overall, we really like the hotel and impressed with the reception team. I'm not hesitated to recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay downtown Bangkok.
