I believe this hotel has 84 floors but the last floor where you can stay is the 74th floor. rest of the upper floors are restaurants, bar, viewing platform. it is pretty far from sukhumvit road. either a 30 min by taxi or 30 min by skytrain/metro. you have to change the lines once. hope this helps
