The Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bangkok is an really awesome Hotel. I mostly stay in Hyatt and this was one of the best so far. The Hotel is very modern, especially the rooms. You feel like home within seconds. Beds are very comfortable. The Location is also great. You can reach everything fast from there. The BTS is around the corner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had one little problem and got the solution instantly. If you want to relax a bit, the pool is great. Gym is also available and its big. Overall an really awesome Hotel.
I am very impressed with my latest staycation during New Year Holiday at Grand Hyatt Erawan so much. All the staff service is very beyond expectation even on very crowded period. The room is very clean with full facilities. Bed is so comfy. The view from my room is amazing, facing to Central World so I can see the firework very clearly. Hotel facilities are full function and not so crowded because of good management. The breakfast there is Marvelous! good quality and good taste even there's not much variety. I received every extra request even on crowded day: early check-in and late check-out and corner room facing Central World. I really recommend this hotel in every occasion, suitable for solo, lover, and family.
Hotel staff claimed to have given me an upgrade when in fact it is a downgrade. I booked a King View Room with Gold Club view, they "upgraded" me to a lower floor room (same or smaller size) with no view. How is this an upgrade? It is a 'con' job. I asked to change to my originally booked room but none was available immediately. Finally given one, but still not view, although a little higher. Another 'con'.
I like to stay in this hotel, it is conveniently located with a nice atmosphere. Staff is always very professional and nice, to mention the excellent service at Executive club, fitness center also very good.
We have spent 2 nights during 19-21 May 2022 for family trip with connecting rooms. The rooms are nice and clean with the surprised chocolate for my parent’s anniversary. However, there were ants coming for the chocolate which we didn’t expect to see in the room. The hotel apologized with the new cheese cake as the compliment. The bathroom is awesome with the nice tiles and great appliances in the bathroom. The location is very convenient and easy accessible to BTS and shopping malls in the area. The breakfast is wonderful for both days. We also spent the buffet lunch at the Dinning Room on 21 May. Unfortunately, the river prawns and some steamed crabs are not fresh, it is very disappointing for us. We have also informed this to the manager and she will bring this issue to the chef for improvement. We’ve expected more perfection on the food and a few of details such as the ants in the room and the card of car parking which is very old. I believe that Hyatt is always the first choice for the stays and the hotel can be in the highest standard as ever before. I am expecting if Grand Hyatt Erawan would offer any compensation to what we’ve experienced to gain the trust back; nevertheless, I don’t receive any feedback since then. Finally I would like to thank staff at the reception, bell boys and the lady cook at the noodle station. They’re wonderful at their service.…
