It was a regular 5 star city hotel. The rooms were nice and modern, the spa is really nice on the top floor near by the pool. The location was superb, very near to the sky train and close to many shops and attractions. Furthermore the staff on the reception was very helpful by negotiating taxi prices.

Very nice stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and there is beautiful pool area to relax in. Had a lovely meal in the award winning Chinese restaurant which was amazing. The hotel has an excellent Fitness First Platinum in the building the guest get free access to. If you like to use a proper gym while on holiday then look no further.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Landmark, staying in a club room. The room is very well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel are fantastic, very polite and helpful. There were a couple of minor points I think could be improved, some days I had fruit in the room and some days I didn’t. It’s a fairly low cost item but being left a couple of pieces of fruit was something I appreciated. The room was starting to look a little worn in some areas but nothing that detracted from an overall very enjoyable stay.

It's a great hotel, close to the transportation, so that's a plus, the rooms are fabulous. Breakfast is good too. Why not five stars then? First because if you get a room on the wrong side of the building you have the bass vibrations of a night club till 3 AM every night. Second because the pool could be cleaner, there's mold growing on the tile and it makes it slipery.

Michelin Star restaurant. Fantastic food. Looks over the city. Near the Nana Plaza. Busy area but great experience. Plenty of bars and restaurants very nearby. Hotel has everything you need. Spotlessly clean. They are going the front a facelift. Looking to book for next year.

Excellent location right next to sky train station and a short walk from the metro line, plenty of shopping up the road either shops or market stalls. Sky bar a little expensive but vet attentive staff that couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoyed the view and the drinks, lobby bar done an excellent club sandwich and drinks. The pool on the 9th floor was a pleasant surprise it was a roof top pool with a sun deck again staff very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit would love to go back when they have completed renovations

Stayed at the Landmark for a couple of nights on our first trip to Bangkok. We were looking for a centrally located hotel and the Landmark delivered. The rooms were spacious, the food (we got room service) was good and the pool was really lovely! One thing that marred the beginning of our visit, though, was that we arrived in time for the check in but were kept waiting for over 4 hours to get our room. Sometimes these things aren’t in our control, but I would have appreciated better communication from a property like the Landmark.

Stayed with my husband who had visited many times over the years & always praised this hotel. Well what a disappointment. Given twin beds despite booking a double bed, told by receptionist it couldn’t be changed. His understanding of English left a lot to be desired, told us we could only pay by credit card or go get cash! This was before we got to the room even!! Room disappointing, stained carpet, used dirty duvet cover on bed, obviously had not been changed-yuk. Electric console for lights/air con kept flashing & bleeping, reported to same receptionist who obviously didn’t understand as never fixed. Shower pressure poor, better shower by pool for pressure. Room tired wallpaper torn needed redecorating. Basement is a waste of space & floor very slippery-beware. Most of stay only 2 lifts working-saving costs? Long waits for lift at any time. Bar expensive, beer flat, poured for you & not even into a cold glass. Don’t look for a second drink as staff reluctant to be seen. Breakfast ok but not worth the cost. Didn’t like being presented with breakfast bill mid mouthful of food from staff who hoovered demanding a signature. Got a better breakfast in a bar round the corner for 99 bht, not extortionate price of hotel, tastier too. Room service was excellent though & lovely staff. Pool great, lovely staff too. Lovely door/security staff. I wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel anymore, more like a 3 star but with 5 star prices. Certainly will never stay again.

I’m a local resident of Bangkok who stayed at the Landmark last night since my nearby apartment building had its electricity accidentally cut off. Over 12 years ago I stayed at this same Landmark most every time I visited the city. While certainly a pleasant stay years ago, I was quite amazed at the quality of the room this time. I had the Deluxe Room (mid-grade in their rooms available) on the 21st floor which would include a king bed and a bath tub (in addition to the separate shower). First of all, the room was somewhat large and once inside, it was very, very quiet. Being a real stickler about noise, I heard no one in the hallway (although being near the elevator) or through the walls all night. All the lights are operated at the front door as well as electronically from the nightstand… very convenient. The bed was absolutely huge with 4 big fluffy pillows, duvet type cover and a mattress to die for. Frankly, I didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. With total blackout curtains and a quiet and consistent a/c temperature at 23c I had one of the best night of sleeping in a long time… more so than in my apartment. The shower was also a nice pleasure with responsive temperature control, with detachable head and also a separate “rainfall” head above. The decor was classy and refined, not overdone as you might see in some other high-end hotels. Overall, an A+ experience!

Rounding off our holiday, we stayed at the Landmark for four night in January. Despite the refurbishment work at ground level, everything about the hotel worked well. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming despite our early arrival, ensuring our room was ready soon afterwards. That high standard was also maintained by bar staff, concierge and room service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, with great views over the city. We enjoyed both the swimming pool and the spa, as well as a memorable meal in the Sui Suan Chinese Restaurant. We also took the opportunity to buy new clothes in Nickermann’s, located in the hotel’s basement. The hotel was also perfectly located to access the BTS Skytrain at Nana station, shopping malls and all the nightlife in the surrounding streets. Thanks to everyone at the Landmark for such an enjoyable experience.
