I stayed for one night as a staycation with friend. Everything was great from the reservation process throughout my stay. Khun Tai called to ask for all arrangement as we booked a package with afternoon tea, spa and dinner and she made all booking for us. Upon check in Khun Dhrin was very helpful, enthusiastic and so kind to offer us late check out as we had booking for dinner at 6 pm the next day. The room was spacious with very nice view of the Chaophraya river. As we requested for birthday occasion so the hotel provide us a delicious chocolate cake. After we came back to the room at night, the housekeeper put ice in the bucket and provide bottle of water at the bed side, how thoughtful! All staffs were very polite and good service mind, every time we passed by they always greeted us. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
At The Peninsula Bangkok, this is my 1st time stay that so impressed for my staycation with my friend. I would said that it is top-notch service hospitality. Urban Oasis Hotel along the Chao Phraya River. When you stay at hotel you will feel a time stop. That was a precious moment when looking over the stunning view of Chao Phraya River and the city. My room is Deluxe Balcony Room that is elegant contemporary style with classic that. So Luxury thai style and comfort. The room is well equipped and well maintained. Functional control panel to control all the light, TV, curtain, Air Con etc. Sumptuous marble bathroom with exclusive bath amenities. The balcony is the perfect spot for scenic panorama along the city and Chao Phraya River. View from the hotel is the perfect spot to capture memorable moments. The best pool with view the river. The staff at pool that is best service-minded and helpful. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle boat services to Tak Sin Bridge BTS and Icon Siam. Breakfast near the river is the best moment to start your day with quality Food.

During our stay here, We were very impressed. During our check-in, all of the staff, especially K. Thrin, were extremely helpful and friendly. He made us feel very warm-welcome with his enthusiastic assistance, and we were deeply grateful for being upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the river. We also had a fantastic time at the beverage and sourdough classes. Breakfast and dinner were both superb. We were greeted with smiley faces by every staff members we passed along the steps. We will definitely come back for you the next time.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The service is superb and unobtrusive. The quality of the room fit out, the open areas, the check in etc. All are very good, and particularly when you consider the price(If you can get a 3 nights pay 2 nights deal). The rooms are very good with large luxurious bathrooms and ample quality amenities. The beds are good, if a little hard for some. The aircon works wellas does the free wifi. The breakfast buffet is very good with a wide selection which would suit most. The pool area is fab with 3 larger and one smaller pool. Try grab a cabana if you can, they are so relaxing and provide great shade. Getting anywhere is a breeze with the Peninsula boats whuch take you across the river to the skytrain, or along the river to the nearby massive new centre Icon. This is a quality hotel which can be managed price wise if you look for the deals but if not then pay up knowing it was still worth while.

My wife and I stayed at the Peninsula at the end of April and were blown away by the entire experience. From picking us up at the airport, to aiding us with COVID protocols this hotel had it down to a science. The morning breakfast spread was fantastic The shuttle across the river was clutch The staff was extremely friendly and served as my large Baht Bill breaker every morning for small change. Fantastic location and reasonably priced.
