I stayed 2 nights , after having stayed 3 nights next door ( see review ). What a difference ! Check in was fine & efficient. But room located on 4th floor , over the outdoor bar is noisy - could hear noise inside room till very late. Room feels very old and bathroom is of a different era. Breakfast...

Was the Four Seasons until March 2015. Service was spotty-- meticulous registration and concierge staff but lacking in waitstaff quality. Waited a very long time to have cocktails from lobby bar. Wasn't sure that the waitstaff knew the drink menu and how to take proper drink orders, i.e., dry martini straight up. Brought wrong mocktails for children and insisted they...

First trip to Bangkok on business and this hotel was very nice. Decided to take the hotel car from the airport since I arrived very late at night. Was more expensive than a cab, but I feel it was money well spent. All of the staff was very friendly, prompt and accommodating. I had one free day while there and...

It was one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok. The staff are well trained and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Good location and the hotel is well connected to BTS station. However, the hotel is a little bit worn out now. It looks exactly the same as my first visit 10 years ago and requires renovation.
