It's reasonable to stay in center of Bangkok city. All staff were doing good job. Special thanks to bell boy. He has done excellent job. Unfortunately forgot his name. But his smile I never forget. Good luck. We were stayed for 3 nights in Astera. It's lovely.

The hotel was fairly nice and clean. The staff were for the most part friendly. The breakfast served at the hotel is at an additional charge and the best thing they have there is a pork ball soup. The room was cute, but we were right next to the elevator so we could hear every time someone used it.

I arrived at this hotel after 2 weeks staying in pretty basic conditions traveling throughout Cambodia. It was such culture shock to have a rooftop pool, delicious breakfast buffet and clean fresh bed. The staff were very professional and the lobby is also beautiful. The hotel itself is close to tourist sights and the train.

Oh how I love this hotel. I love the cute concept of it. We took adjoining rooms even my grandma loved it. A little problem encountered with shower in one of the rooms apart from that i love it. Value for money. Didn't get the time to try their free facilities so I can't comment on it. Breakfast was good....

Amazing stay i could ever imagine. Very welcoming staff with their great smiles. Montree has gave us the correct direction as i am looking for a distant place to visit on my way to grand palace,I might say that i save my time and explore it well. I will definitely stay again.

Location-was a five minutes walk to Saphan Taksin Station which was accsesible to Central Pier-easy to take a boat to scroll down to asiatique. On my great ventures i considered this a nice place to start my adventure in bangkok. Firstly, very affordable prized compared to location. Secondly, easy to take a public transportation as it is right down the...

Similar Pros & Cons as reviewed by other fellow Contributors. The pleasant & helpful Staff makes up for the lacking areas for the Rooms' bad soundproofing and slow WiFi. Especially the Reception Staff - Ms Aoei & her Colleagues.

Stayed at a double room for 6 nights after trip to Burma. The hotel is within walking distant to the BTS station and to the pier where you can take boat to other area like Palace. My room located at the end of the corridor and opposite to the housekeeping store room where can hear clearly the noise of moving...

The hotel itself was clean, fair value for money. The hotel is a little bit away from the main tourist areas but was great for access onto the BTS line. Swimming pool was excellent for a morning or afternoon dip!

Stayed as a starting point of a tour. The hotel itself is nice enough, the rooms were clean and spacious and the wifi was great. The breakfast is okay. However if you haven't paid for breakfast as part of your room it is expensive for what it is. The location of the hotel however is not ideal for a first...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
