Room was small, bathroom was okay. My room was at 26th floor and the view was beautiful but Bangkok misty weather was blocking it. Breakfast was okay. Wi-fi was terrible both due signal length and connection difficulties on its web site. Me, my wife and my daughter we were 3 but the p.word they gave was allowed to connect max...

The hotels is of very poor condition. Rooms and all public areas are old and haven't been renovated for several years. Staff is unfriendly and hardly speaks English. It was the worst hotel I've ever seen in Bangkok. Staff was even unable to book a 7- seater hotel. We checked out 2 days earlier, because we couldn't bear this place...

My husband & I have been traveled to Thailand 10 times and we stayed in Amari Watergate and Grand Diamond hotel all the times. Unfortunately they were booked and some body recommended Montien riverside but I never thought that a 5 star hotel would be like this. Unfriendly staff, small rooms, poor breakfast, far from city Centre , ...we had...

This hotel has a grand lobby area and entrance, however it I think it is let down badly by its staff who always seem to be way to busy to help you or raise a smile. We stayed in an executive suite and it offers few benefits apart from tea and coffee - the room is almost identical to the...

Great hotel. The price is not the cheapest you can get but worth every penny. A bit older hotel with signs of needed maintenance which never the less did not affect our experience, comfort or services we received. The room was on the 25th floor with a magnificent view of the river. The location is very close to the Asiatique...

Gorgeous hotel with absolutely fabulous rooms-very spacious with a wonderful view of the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff did not have amazing English however the breakfast buffet was amazing! Pool is quite small but nice. Shopping arcade on the premises has a nice selection which is reasonably priced for souvenirs. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Stayed for the third time in this hotel for a conference. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Matrass very good. Rooms are always cleaned very well and the staff in the hotel is very friendly. The food served for the conference was okay. The Hotel may be a bit old (e.g.no swipe pass for your room but a key. I can...

This is a great hotel to stay in. This has been my third visit. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are neat and clean, but the hotel is starting to show its age. It is probably time for a bit of a revamp.

we have stayed several times in the Montien Riverside, but sadly i think this will be the last time. Rooms are large, but starting to age, wifi connects and drops out, insecure open wireless networks maybe difficult to connect to. Breakfast is still one of the highlights as is the smiling and helpful staff. But this hotel is in need...
