He took very good care of my and my family and made sure our rooms wifi and power supply were working well. The hotel is right next to MBK mall and walking distance to Siam. Stayed 6 days in their Horizon Suite. Had a wonderful stay with my family. The suite room was very spacious, well appointed, and had an excellent view of the surrounding. Despite the hotel age, we did not at all feel that any common areas or the room deco were outdated. Buffet breakfast was served at the Citi Bistro restaurant on the ground. The restaurant was quite crowded between 9 to 10am during our stay. The breakfast had both Western and Asian spread. The western food were same everyday, but Asian spread were changed everyday. We had 6 days of breakfast here, but never got tired of the food and options; they were just too delicious. During our stay, the restaurant only operated for breakfast. The Club lounge was located behind the Citi Bistro restaurant. We got to use the lounge as part of the suite package. The lounge served alcohol and delicious finger food in the evening, in addition to all-day hot and cold beverages and light snacks. The lounge was not crowded at all throughout our stay. After a day of outings, it was nice to rest in the lounge for a cold drink. What we enjoyed most was the hospitality of the hotel staffs throughout, particularly at the lounge and concierge desk. Get a suite room, the club lounge access is worth it. We'll be back!…

Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help .if u love shopping, this hotel have the access to the mbk shopping mall. Perfect location heart of bankog .very closed to siam walk and near to sky train.I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

The greatest hotel in the heart of the city with reasonable price is perfected! Staying here for business event can do lots of things, go anywhere easily. The best part is the hotel using an interesting water purifier which can have water in different types like cold water, water in temperature room or even sparkling one. I am usually very picky for the water I drink. The water from the hotel has no smelling at all. The taste is fantastic, especially the sparkling one!! I love it so much!!! Besides, the hotel is in the center of shopping arcades, you can find anything you want. Traveling to hotel is not a problem at all. The hotel can access through BTS lines or anything. Recommended everyone, you won’t be regret at all!

Had one of the best stays in Bangkok. Thanks to the very accommodating staff of Pathumwan Princess Hotel. From the time we booked the hotel to checkout, we have been assisted and helped by their staff. The room was massive and clean with free wifi. The best part is that the hotel is situated nearby touristic places that we wanted to go to. Train station is nearby and taxis and tuktuk are accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to guide us through our itinerary, when to go and where to go. MBK mall is connected to the hotel and Siam mall is just 5mins walk away.

Standard, quality and palatability of food lagging. Service staff largely lacking experience or possibly unhappy with work environment. Room though upgraded with some new, there are existing facilities that had lagged far behind. Dropping cutlery, dragging baby chairs across the flooring instead of carrying causing distress to patrons. Room items not fully replenished and depending on who the housekeeping staff was. Items like bath salt, toilet rolls, box tissue, mouthwash were not replenished by default. Appears the crew wants to obtain some tips when they are called upon or under the pretext of delivering in the evening.

Stayed here three nights with my wife in one of the renovated rooms (27.th. floor), this being our first visit to this hotel. This is my 95.th. visit to Bangkok over the last 25 years, so I have been fortunate enough to stay in a lot of all the nice hotels that Bangkok has to offer over the years. The best thing about this hotel is the very central location, it doesn't get any more central than this. The hotel is connected with the old and famous MBK-mall which is very convenient. Our room was fresh, clean and comfortable and had great view of the Bangkok skyline. So far so good. However, no filled minibar, no bathrobes, no weight, no turn down service. The lobby and the reception area I found quite uninviting and outdated - not impressive at all. Also, check-in was the slowest ever, and check-out was not friendly or professional. Also, be aware that this is an older hotel, and room renovation is still ongoing on some floors. Still an O.K hotel, but not a 5 star property (as marketed) in my opinion. Will not be back as there are much better options in Bangkok for the same kind of money. …
