It is my second stay with Holiday Inn Bangkok and I have to say their hospitality and customer service are excellent from the bellman to front desk to concierge to housekeeping, everybody were so friendly! The room condition was fine and I was amazed at the space the one bedroom suite had, a separate living area, a separate baggage area, a separate toilet, and last but not least the bedroom. Aircon was cold and wifi signal was good. Location is beside Chitlom station nearby supermarkets such a Big C, massage places and connects via overhead bridge to Paragon/Central World by walking. Thank you for the wonderful experience at your hotel!

The check in and out was a breeze! The reception and concierge service was good and attentive. We had a faulty jammed closet door and they rectified the issue in a fast and timely manner. The room is spacious and the clean! The breakfast selection and service is good. The location is great and easily accessible to the nearby malls. We enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn hotel and will come back to this hotel when we are in Bangkok!

The hotel service is good. Room of reasonable good size. Location is easy to find food with Central world, Siam Paragon just around the corner. BTS station is right beside the hotel. Big pick up point shared with Intercontinental hotel. Room table for working. Good shower water pressure. Breakfast is with good spread. Will stay here again if the price is right.

Stayed here from 27 Apr - 2 May. Hotel with the best location that I’ve ever stayed in. It is right beside Chidlom BTS which we use frequently to get around the city to avoid traffic jams. Chidlom BTS is also connected via the bridge to Central World, Big C Supermarket, Siam and other major malls. There’s a 7-eleven and Beer Republic at L1 of hotel. 3 mins walk away are 2 massage parlors (One More Thai Massage was the one we visited) with really good masseuse at affordable rates. Room was clean (looks like recently renovated) and we were always provided bottled drinking water daily. Buffet breakfast has a good variety of intercontinental food. Staff were very polite and helpful. Went thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will book this hotel again whenever we are back in Bangkok!

Hotel that is well value for the price and location. Hotel is at the city center with the BTS station just beside the hotel. Hotel is walkable distance to Platinum and Central with a Big C supermarket close to it. Traveling to MBK is just as easy as well. With regards to room service, am very satisfied with it and I’m truly appreciative that the person cleaning the room took notice that I’m one who drinks a lot of water this everyday when I get back to my room, seeing there is six bottles of drinking water instead of the usual 2 shows that the service personal nothing the little details of the customer. 2 things which I did not give the full 5 stars are mainly due to as usual, no providing the usual required amenities such as toothbrush (unless requested). The other issues is that staying in room 403, the room is I believed just above the cafe/restaurant where the music would disturb proper rest for early sleeper during the tiredness of business trip. Have stayed in this hotel previously before pandemic and thus I think could have asked for room on another wing to reduce the music level. Overall still a good experience and stay. Thank you.…
