Great location fantastic welcome lovely big room on the 22nd floor. Excellent breakfast, asked for a 3 egg omelette, with everything, got exactly that, even got a shiny IHG pen free, The downsides thou, the maid never replaced the empty water bottles. Had to phone down, When we checked out. Struggled to contact reception for the porter, and after asking 3 times carried my bags down, night staff seems so different to day staff, when asked if they could watch my bags while I went to 7-11 the guy just rolled his eyes as if saying do I really, Overall thou a great hotel with great rooms oh and 1 other point get a room opposite side from the highway, the junction can get a bit noisy ambulances and horns, , Some great views thou

I stayed in this hotel around 10 times in past 7-8 years. I like the location and the things to do around the hotel. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. In the old days they had an old wing that wasn't up to par but I believe all those rooms were renovated. They offer a great breakfast, gym and a decent pool. Would visit again.

It was simply magical stay! Staff really pay attention to individual customers and their needs special Mention to Mathew and Trainee (Dong or Dome) that escort us to the room. Room was super spacious and clean with nice view. Breakfast was just stunning - the best I have ever had in few hotel especially hash brown <3 and staff at breakfast place nice and pay attention to all guest (Pls try out to ask guest more about hot dish or Have Menu selection will be perfect ) Bar area also good for spend time for couple drink nice staff as well. Me and my freind truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again . Thanks for all services

Over the last month, I have stayed here multiple times and now it feels like coming home. The service is very good and staff are so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Khum Chanchay for always assisting us, even we understood she is a secretary and not actually reception staff. Great team work

This hotel has maintained its exemplary service in the face of the considerable obstacles presented by Covid. The service is first class and very personable from the reception desk right through to room cleaning. The food is cosmopolitan and excellent including a delicious choice of Indian dishes. My wife and I have been staying in this hotel at least 4 times a year since 2014 and would not consider another hotel in Bangkok. The staff are incredible. The location is first class and the accomodation/ facilities are excellent. Keep up the good work because you are getting it right especially in current difficult circumstances. Better times will return and I am sure your hard work and professionalism will reap the commercial rewards you deserve.
