It's very easy to find since khaosan is quite famous. Arrived before check in time but was accommodated when there was a room available. I booked 2 days before I arrived, so there was no available in the ladies' dormitory so I had to book one in the mix dorm. I like the style of the dorm rooms. The bed...

if you want to have a good night sleep and party outside ( a few steps actually) then this is the ultimate hostel for you. They have artsy old siam vibe that lures you to take a good night sleep after all the partying and shopping outside.

The place was pretty cozy. The owners were very nice. The location was right on the walking street but not noisy. We stayed at the room on the ground floor with the river view and small terrace. It was the nicest room on the ground level. The door of the room needed to be fixed though as it couldn't be...

I've been travelling around south east Asia for 3 months & this is by far my favourite hostel I've stayed in. I even went back to it when I was back in Bangkok for a flight. The staff are very helpful and keep the place very clean. The bathroom facilities are great and probably the best I've come across in...

I was only at the hostel for one night as I was traveling from Chiang Mai to Koh tao, but I was amazed at the friendliness here! I arrived at 6 in the morning so had to wait a couple of hours before I could check in. The lady at the reception said she would let me know as soon...

I was a little bit sceptical about sleeping in a little box, but as it turns out it was a very comfortable space to sleep in. With the addition of friendly staff and all around good atmosphere, if you are looking to go party on Khao San road and get a good night's rest this just might be the place...

火車臥舖式的床,有拉門保有私人空間。早餐簡單可口。免費電腦上網及列印十分貼心。浴室通風乾淨。人員熱心招呼備感溫馨。 Train-style bed with sliding doors to maintain privacy. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Free computer internet and printing is very intimate. Bathroom is dry and clean.

This hostel is in the perfect location- far away enough from khaosan that you can have some peace and quiet but close enough that you can venture over there whenever! They've got a beautifully designed lobby with a huge tv and a great DVD selection which was very useful when we arrived at 5 in the morning and just wanted...

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
