We truly enjoyed our stay at the Okura. It was my 3rd visit but my husband first. We had a great time. The service, the food, the staff all in all it was a great experience. The hotel is near all the malls and shops as well some of the best massage places

I really wanted to like this hotel but from my first impression to the last it was disappointing. The staff on the door when we arrived basically ignored us. They weren't interested in taking our bags or directing us into the hotel. We had booked a club room and so at check in we were sent upstairs to the club...

Dear Davies72, Thank you very much for sharing your comments on your recent stay with us. It is obviously disappointing to read that your stay did not meet with your expectations, and unfortunate that I was not able to address your concerns during your stay. I apologise if we missed the opportunity to impress on the various occasions mentioned and...

Stayed for 3 nights in November. Control panel in the room was damaged. Hotel charged $500 USD to replace. Bad customer service at the front desk when I went to discuss with the Manager. Nice hotel but recommend staying at another Bangkok hotel. Many other high end ones to choose from.

Dear Tony Z, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear of your less than positive experience during your stay with us. We received many good comments from the corporate group, that you were a part of, and I was very pleased to hear that both the stay and event held here were well received by the participants. As...

First time stay in this hotel. I was told the place was fully booked and was told to wait for my room despite arriving at around 3pm. But the receptionist was very nice and talkative and made the wait tolerable. The rooms were average in size and still looked quite new (opened 2014?). The breakfast was quite nice and provided...

This is a great hotel - my new "go to" hotel in Bangkok after staying at the Sukhothai or Metropolitan regularly over the past 18 years. The rooms and amenities are first class, the service is excellent, and the restaurants are also excellent. Breakfast is a real treat whether in the Japanese restaurant or the buffet (the breakfast buffet is...

We spent a night in Bangkok in this hotel. If you ever need to see what the highest level of customer service should be - please visit Okura Prestige. We mainly booked the place bought by the infinity pool ad, but received so much more than we expected. The room was spacious, to the highest standards of cleanness and tidiness,...

This was my second stay at the Okura this year, the last being in March. (I travel to Thailand 3 - 4 times a year on business.) I gave the hotel 4 stars then. Based on this stay, I'm afraid I can only manage three. And I really wanted to give it a better rating, because in many ways it...

Dear RoryH1, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay. I am very pleased to hear that, overall, the hotel met with your expectations. I completely agree with you that we should have identified you as a returning guest, and this is certainly a missed opportunity from our side for which I apologise. It is of course also...

This is a typical upscale hotel, I wouldn't say there's anything particularly special. I would normally give an average rating but for the fact that the hotel nickel and dimes you every step of the way. For instance, the hotel advised me that pickup from the airport in a taxi would be $35. They offered to send a private car...

Dear Jonathan W, Thank you for your sharing your feedback on our hotel and services. We are of course disappointed to hear that your stay did not meet with your expectations. Please allow me to clarify some of the points mentioned; the rates for the airport transportation by taxi are indeed around USD 35 or THB 1,200. This is also...
