Nice Stay 👍🏼 only down side was the construction next to the hotel, but luckily I was not in the hotel the whole time during my stay. If you’re planning to nap during the day then it might not be the best option until the construction is finish . The hotel was clean and staff during night shift was very helpful. The location was good.

I really want to give this hotel a high rating but I can't. I'm aware many of the previous people have had exceptional experiences, but I just didn't have the same. Hardly anyone has mentioned the noise from the building site literally 5ft from the left side of the hotel. This goes on all day from 7am to 7pm. I booked the most expensive room thinking it would be a safe bet, but those rooms are actually overlooking the building site. I told them at check-in I want a quiet room so had to go down to a Superior room, which was looking straight into the apartment complex at the back, needless to say no views and lots of noise heard in my room. I personally found the room soundproofing not that great. Every night at 2am I could hear those above and below me stumbling in, I could also hear Line messages going off all the time, it wasn't my phone. The day time staff were great especially the bell boys, night time I had a lot of blank faces and not much reception, especially after I complained as they refused to restock my minibar in the evening and I had to go to reception to pick it up. I thought this was a hotel? I personally found the shower in my room couldn't hold more than a few minutes of hot water. Maybe I got unlucky, but there was never any hot water for a long shower as you'd expect in a hotel. Tried the gym and the pool, nice! But why is the A/C remote not available to guests, it was too hot. I had to ask housekeeping for the remote as it was "hidden". I got locked out of my room on the second day, both cards stopped working, no one told me why, I guess accidents happen but an apology is well appreciated, I got nothing. Personally, this was an average hotel for me. The rooms are nice, the bed is fairly comfortable but the other contributing factors lead me to only give 3 stars.…

The staff makes the place, house keeping is great, the dinning excellent, front desk very helpful. There was a comment in here about a transgender desk assistant, grow up, this is Thialand over 300k transgander, aka ladyboy, get real they are people to, if your insecure with yourself Your problem, she was very respectful to me, did her job professionally, and is a great person. We stay here on a frequent basis since it is a clean hotel with a good breakfast choice. Almost every receptionist provides excellent service, with the exception of transgender employees who speak to me as if we are close friends, gossip another guest, speak with no ending words, 'Kha.' Even I greeted him with politely. I'm normally a person who doesn't make gender distinctions. Just wanted to let the management know that they should be cautious when hiring personnel because it will result in the hotel receiving yet another lower grade. I don't see this employee very often. He claimed to have gone to numerous branches in this group. I notified Khun Saen, the front desk manager, about it. He also expressed regret on his behalf. This is a 5 star complaint because most of the staff are nice especially Housekeeping Department.…
