I made a decision to spend a night here instead of Holiday Inn Silom because of a nice view over Bangkok. That's very awsome !!! Great location next to BTS station and surrounding with shopping malls ( MBK, SIAM PARAGOM, STADIUM ONE ). Nice colourful room with good WIFI. Everything seems to be good but......they should pay a bit more attention on room cleanliness and ensure everything in room is in order. A leaking hot water tap when you turn on a cold water tap, a few stains on hand towel or a dirty bed side cabinet which ruin hotel's image. Even it's located to BTS line, there is not any noise from BTS but you will get a disturbance from elevator's movement instead. My room is on the back of elevator and fire exit door is in front of my room that is not my preference in my record. I stayed on my IHG reward night but they did a room charge on my credit card till I mentioned it 's reward night stay not on my own that why I say they should pay more attention on details

The front staff are not friendly and not accommodating. Our confirmation email from Expedia said we could check in by 6 am but was told by a rude front office staff that we could not check in by 3 pm. I appreciate this is not a five star hotel but not at all three star either. Having come across brilliant Thai people in Thailand, this place is a complete opposite.

I decided to book again for 2 nights because of the great hospitality from the staff during my previous trip in June 2018! The hotel was conveniently located near the National Stadium BTS station and many shopping malls within the Siam area with 10 mins walking time. 7-11 convenience store located near the hotel. McDonald’s is directly connected to the lift lobby. Security in the hotel was good as lift access are only given to guests with the room card. Was an IHG member and requested a high floor and late check out prior to arrival and everything was prearranged. The view was great as the window was full glass. Blackout curtains were good to block off the morning sun. The WiFi signal was strong. The room was clean with the basic necessitates. A travel adaptor was not needed as the power socket is well equipped. Beddings were comfortable, and the options of a firm and soft pillow were provided. The single-seater sofa and office chair were comfortable and sufficient tables were provided. Drinking water provided was given in glass bottles which are environment friendly. The toilet size was alright and water pressure from the shower was strong. There was a self-service laundry with washing machine and dryer located on the 7th floor. Price was affordable and cost 100 baht per usage. Exchange of coins and soap can be requested from the front desk for free. I will consider booking again but here are two comments that you may want to look into. • Breakfast can be extended till 11am as I skip it this time as it ended too early. • Rooms should be refurbished soon as wear and tear can be noticed.

Very good location. Close to BTS and shopping spots in Bangkok. Just opposite the national sports stadium which is good for your morning or evening run. Breakfast is as good as Holiday inn express standard. Very nice and comfortable room. The housekeeping team has done a great job. The higher floor got a beautiful view of Bangkok.

Fo staff very well spoken english and fast response to what I wants and needs. They are very polite ,kind and knowledgeable. Thank to Ms Som or Sum who explain our benefit when we took the key at 6pm. Thank you for the reception lady during registration at 10.00am ( I forgot her name ), she manage to got us a connecting room and explain it won’t ready till 2pm coz the guest will checkout by 12pm, she offer to left over our luggage to be keep at the store. It’s not a problem for us since we want to explore Bangkok. ( room 2001-2021) Room is clean and huge. Toilet also huge. Ac is cold which I love it. No complaint for the room. FB : during breakfast, the FB staff is the opposite from Fo staff, they seem lack of service, no smile , no happiness and seem confuse handle the guest which I saw 95% are foreigner who’s not speaking Thai. Food is just okay for breakfast. Bread, choices of egg , juices, fried rice , congee ( rice porridge ) , potato , salad , fried meehoon, vegetables etc My concern is that congee: 1. The food tag shown as “ rice water boiled “ instead of congee or porridge. It’s surprise me 2. It is a simple and main food in Asia breakfast. Just cook a plain congee with condiment on the side for us to choose and every one may enjoy your congee. However, on that day, it was a pork congee. Me and my friends unable to eat it since they are moeslim and I vegetarian. But overall , we enjoy our stay. Thank you

Great location for public transport and great value for money. The hotel is relatively easy to get to by public transport. We arrived at morning rush hour so knew it would be quicker than a taxi! The airport link takes you to Phaya Thai(separate cost- 45 baht), the light green line from here to Siam and then dark green Siam to National Stadium ( BTS is 120 for a day pass) It is 2 minute (less than) walk from here, though be aware it’s stairs only down from the station and you need to turn back on yourself to get to the hotel. It’s not tricky. For getting out and about this BTS stop is then great for getting to the river, getting to the metro line and Silom etc... We arrived by 10:30 expecting to drop our bags but were upgraded and checked in early, the hotel were also able to give us a late check out until 2pm for no charge. This was really helpful. No issues with speed of check in/ check out either and all issues and questions resolved and answered very quickly. We had a nice view over Bangkok (not sure there’s any particularly beautiful views to be seen here, so was good!) Breakfast is pretty standard for international chains, rooms aren’t huge but are clean and well kitted out. Perfect for exploring the city.
