Rongratana Residence is a charming lux property on Soi Langsuan near Chidlom. Perfectly situated for shopping and dining. Close to Siam Paragon, Central Chidlom and Central Embassy department stores as well as 2 Sky trains. Langsuan is an elegant and semi quiet street. The hotel rooms are beautifully furnished and have an opulent home like feel. Perfect for couples, families or business travelers. Roof top garden and fitness center and another roof top pool overlooking Lumpini park and Silom. Super dining in house restaurant. The staff and service are wonderful. Simply lovely.

We went there for the last room available but didn’t expect such a terrible room 501. The connected room (perhaps 502) cooking smell and chit chat is so apparent due perhaps to thin wall and door. The worst part is the smell dominate our room as long as two hours to the point that you need to put yourself under the blanket. We complain the front desk but there’s no more feedback than a nod. In the morning we complain again and got just another simple nod. The best part is breakfast but you won’t pay a whole night for a nice food. We will definitely call to complain again.

First time we stayed at Rongratana and was a very pleasant experience. Nice apartments, good facilities and service from very friendly and attentive staff. It is a small place so both pool and fitness is reflecting this, but we tend to like it this way. Location is very convenient for shopping or touring in and out of Bangkok. Only small minus is a rather noisy road right next to the hotel and a somewhat trivial breakfast (at least if you stay for some days). Good value for money - would come back here next time in Bangkok.

We were surprised by the high quality and location and price. Had a big room, with two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. No breakfast, but we made our own. Pool was not good, but the gym and roof top was ok. Close to Paragon and we went to see a 4D movie

Returning Guest / 10 day stay:This residence hotel is a great property. The residence is in need of a little bit of paint here and there but this is a well run property located in a terrific area (Luang Suan). I have been traveling to Bangkok on business for years and Luang Suan is my favorite place to reside when I visit. Rongratana is an exceptional property run by a team of courteous, friendly and helpful professionals. Reception staff are always excellent. My room was spacious and very very clean, as always! The Egg and Hen restaurant has a wonderful full English breakfast and the Soups and Pastas had me coming back numerous times during my stay. I also love the privacy of this property and the secure feeling I have when staying there. I will return again to Rongratana in January 19'.…
