5 night stay for business, a good, clean and quite place to stay. Staff are helpful and always with a smile. A bit away from commercial centers and not many places to eat around. Taxi's either charge higher rate or at times refuses to take u there. All non-smoking rooms and its lil difficult for smokers...

The hotel itself was nice. The room was new and clean. The only problem i had was with the receptionist who was not only lazy but also rude. I made the reservation through hotels.com a few days before my arrival and right after it was made I called the hotel to ask for direction. I am Thai so we communicated...

Good hotel location not far form Khao San Road, Small rooms but comfortable and clean. Near canal boats pier and close to Golden mountain easy to get the bus, BTS or railway station. Nice value for the money .

The inn has a very modern design. Stayed in a small room - but enough space for a solo traveler. But it lacks of many things, no water, no toothbrush, television, fridge, even doesn't have a glass to drink or clean my teeth. Staffs don't clean the room. I had to go down stair and asked for everything, from towel...

Modern, secure, compact, no frills. No frills from this ZEN franchise hotel - one towel, no breakfast etc The design clearly started as an open warehouse, with partitions inserted to make the (small) rooms. As such, the soundproofing is inadequate each side of a room and also from above. This hotel is very modern, recently built or refurbished with marble...

Spent 3 nights here as a solo traveller. Stayed in their basic one bed room. It does exactly what it says on the tin small but everything you need. Separate shower and toilet and a single bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a nice seating area to watch the world go buy ( or the river...

I stayed here with a friend for two nights, we were happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, hotel staff were helpful. We had to pay a cash deposit which was a little strange. The room was basic, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good. Our main issue was the rat in the laundry area. We understand being...

I will never can thank enough the staff of Smile Inn, they were under renovation, with closed doors and they receive me with open arms when i had no place to stay in Bangkok yesterday. Its really cosy, clean, love "my" room, its near of the most beautiful Temples and a short walk to Khao San. Love my stay and...

The Smile Inn is a good place for those on a budget; however, it is not located anywhere near any of the main attractions and that means you'll need to walk rather far in the heat and pollution or pay for taxis or tuk tuks. If you need to get across town to or from say, Sukhumvit area, you will...

I am staying at Smile Inn and I can say: the room is perfect, it has air condition, and it is very clean. The staff is good and the location is great. You can get walking to a lot of touristic places. The price is good (495 thb). It is not the cheapest one but it worth because as I...
