It is my first time here. This is nice hotel in silom, nearby BTS skytrain and also MRT station. I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection. The room was beautifully decorated and modern. Complete facilities. Most importantly, Thank you Mr.Nikki , he was very helpful and friendly
The Quarter Silom is located very centrally and conveniently to many popular areas of Bangkok, especially if you want to enjoy Bangkok’s gay nightlife scene. The hotel itself gives off a bit of a modern club vibe as well. It’s also only about a 5 min walk to the Sala Daeng BTS station. The gym is large for hotel standards, and has a nice pool and rooftop deck. The rooms are efficiently designed, very clean, modern, and comfortable. It is an excellent choice for this area, and very well managed, especially at such an affordable price point. Check in was smooth and welcoming, thanks to friendly Benjamin at the front desk. Even though we arrived well before the designated check in time, my husband and I were able to get into our room early. Thanks, Benjamin for the prompt service. We really enjoyed our stay!…
Located in the middle of Silom Soi 6, it is merely few mins walk to either side (turn right or left from hotel) of the main road of Silom, yet quiet and away from traffic noises of the main roads. This hotel is very new; modern style design with a spacious cafeteria, a decent size gym with good equipments overlooking the swimming pool, small size sauna in both male & female changing rooms, and a rooftop garden. Staff are generally friendly. Buffet breakfast is average, with a small selection of local dishes, ham & sausage, scrambled eggs, western salad, soup, yogurt, few choices of bread with toaster, fruit juices, milk, hot beverage maker, few tea options, few cut fruits choices. Can customise to order eggs. You should be happy with it if you are not fussy. Pretty strong free wifi, diligent daily housekeeping, bed is comfortable, bathroom a little small I feel. Sorry to say toilet paper quality is poor, very thin sheets and tears easily. The bathroom shower water temperature is unstable ie. shower water suddenly turns warmer for few seconds and then turns cold again, and then repeat again and again.. goes into a hot and cold water shower cycle. My travel companions’ room has the same issue. The walls are rather thin and noises could be easily heard if others are talking loudly. Not able to make local calls from your room, you need to go down to the reception counter physically to get their assistance to make the call. Generally I am happy with this hotel because of its excellent location in Silom, the ease of getting in and out by foot or taxi. Distance to Patpong is a stone throw away, with many eateries and massage parlours (spoilt with choices!) around. Many convenience stores too on both sides of the main roads. Nearest BTS is Sala Daeng and MRT is Silom, about 10 mins leisure walk. Will be my regular hotel stay location if the hotel fixes the shower water issue.…
Pros: - near expressway! If you are coming by taxi, this is a plus (provided there are no jams) - UrbanFit gym on site - well equipped with new machines - Sauna and steam rooms inside UrbanFit - Small swimming pool - Walking distance to Sala Daeng BTS station and Silom Metro - Only a few stops to Siam malls - Comfy room - Near eateries, malls and convenience stalls - Friendly staff - Check in and out a breeze - Wonderful coffee at the Casa Lapin cafe attached to the hotel - Dedicated table to assist with taxi bookings - 40 to 45 min ride to Suvarnabhumi Airport (if there are no jams) Cons: - A minor issue with the shower in our room. The temperature isn’t constant and fluctuates. Just have to be mindful about that during shower as it can get pretty hot at times.
Seriously rude staff. From arrival to breakfast. Everyone is rude - I cannot wait to get out of here. I just went down for breakfast (I’m still here) - I asked for a fork (it’s not in the breakfast room FYI), the staff member just flicked his hand over in the general direction. Yesterday I asked where is the rooftop garden elevator (not a stupid question there are 3 buildings in this dump) - the guy at the desk again flicked his hand over towards the cafe - it’s not there. I just walked around awkwardly looking. The ‘hotel’ is not a hotel - it’s 3 seperate buildings and it feels like going to school camp but paying for the Hilton. Avoid this place at all costs - the staff are all rude - the rooms are dark - the fridge clicks non stop and just breathing feels like you’re intruding. Stay the the MILLIONS of other Bangkok hotels nearby like the Le Meridien just around the corner - where people are actually nice, the rooms are nice, and you feel welcome. The whole vibe of this place is just horrible - and it’s down to the staff.…
Great location, newly built and well designed. Offers pool, sauna and steam room... The staff was friendly and special thanks to Patrick was extra friendly and accommodated all of our needs for a wonderful stay ☺️
The hotel is in great location. Room is good sized with a very large smart TV. Bed is fairly firm. The fitness room has some nice equipment. I really love breakfast, there were many kinds of food. Good and very helpful staff especially Nikki that helped me talk with delivery food that I ordered. I’ll come back again.
This is a trendy, fashionable hotel right in the center of Silom. Room and housekeeping services are available everyday. There are also a restaurant and a cafe inside the hotel. Excellent front desk staff. Special mention to Mr Nikki who gave some really good menu to try in BKK.
Stayed on 16 - 17 Dec 22. Poor service & reception. Accused me of smoking in the room. Although I smoke, never did I ever smoke in the room. My friends could not even smell any cigarettes smoke inside. Fortunately, my friends believed in me & fought back. Eventually, we were able to collect back the forfeiture of 2000 bahts which the hotel wanted to deduct from the deposit.
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were nice and the location is pretty good, but everything else was horrible. 1. The bathroom vanity had multiple white stains on it that I can ONLY HOPE were toothpaste. When I told the front desk right before cleaning crew came to the room, NOTHING has changed. 2. The wifi was choppy-to-non-existent. I needed to work while I stayed at the room and had to use personal hotspot literally the entire time. 3. No matter the initial setting, the shower temperature changes every 5 second from lukewarm to a bonfire in hell next to the devil itself. 4. I complained about those things softly, once, right before the cleaning crew arrived to the room. Nothing was cleaned. Nothing in the Wi-Fi or shower changed. I wasn’t offered any compensation nor to move to another room. 5. When I checked out at 3 am in the morning ahead of a 6 am flight, I was asked to wait until the room is checked before I can leave. I have never in my life been asked to wait until someone checks the room is in good condition. His excuse was “we want to make sure you didn’t forget anything behind”. Only after being adamant that I’ll be late for my flight and I got all my things he “let me go”. Honestly horrible experience. There’s NO WAY in the world it’s a 4 star hotel. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else.…
