Breakfast is quite disappointing with repeated food for the entire few days while we were there. There were not enough tables too, hence you have to be really early or else you will need to wait just for one table. We were as early as 7am and had to share tables with other tourists. Many tourists from mainland China are...

The room was decently sized, comfy bed and nice bathroom with a large bathtub. Breakfast was above average with many food options. It is recommended to have it before 9.30 am or you will have to do with whatever dishes are left. Despite the 3 lifts, they get jam packed during busy hours and you end up having to wait...

Just ok (for the price) - breakfast times will be chaotic, long wait for elevators, room is decent (air conditioning was temperamental). Front desk receptionist wasn't really friendly. Will not visit again.

I spent 4nights at Bangkok City Hotel. Every morning same breakfast but food is nice. Cafe seat is limited and have to wait. In-room wifi unable to connect sometime. Room is big and cleanliness acceptable.

Elevators very crowded and also breakdown often in a hotel which to start with does not have enough elevators for the almost always fully booked property. Sometimes can take 10 - 15 minutes to get down or up to your room! Hordes of people and now this year lots of kids including many infants in strollers packed into rooms and...

I spent 7 days and 6 nights at Bangkok City Hotel. Overall, the hotel is good, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff (but 1 staff was so rude. During my check in time, there was a group try to ask a receptionist in Thai. You know, it's so hard for a foreigner to speak a different language. Their accent was...

Stay in this hotel many times because the price is cheap, easy to access and included simple breakfast. You can find many local thai restaurants near by and a 7-11 just a few steps away. The BTS station is also just 7-10mins walking distance. The only draw back is that the check-in speed is not that fast as we need...

Visited bankok a few times and landed up twice in and around a red light district, which is fine for some but we travel with our teenage daughter so we looked for a classier area at a reasonable price. The Bangkok City hotel dotted all the i's and crossed the t's for us. 400 meter walk to the Ratchathewi sky...

We spent two nights in this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was nice and effective and it was very good located to visit the old town. The breakfast could be a bit better but in general is very acceptable. Higly recommendable!
