First of all, the room is spacious with all amenities and daily housekeeping provided. Breakfast spread has wide variety Location is in between Asok BTS or Sukhumvit subway or phrom pheng station. Very convenient to look for any food or shopping, nearest terminal 21 or emporium. I want to special call out the bell men team mr WAT, Mr ART, Mr Dy and Mr Kook. My son bought a painting and worrying that the airport may not have service to bubble wrap for us, they took the initiatives to bubble wrap and protect the painting so that we can check it in airport. Really amaze with their friendly and proactive initiative . Kop khun ka!

I really enjoyed the stay at Carlton Hotel :D. The best thing about it was that they had nice service. The staff were very helpful, and the room was tidy and neat. It's also in a pretty good location, so it was very convenient to stay there. I had trouble getting a taxi 🚕 to my next destination, but Mr.Dy and Mr.Kook helped me get one. Especially thanks to them!!! They were very kind, and I even got a discount on the taxi ride. Thank you so much! :D

The Carlton is now my go to place in Bangkok having stayed 3 times in past 12 months. You receive a very friendly, welcoming and professional service. I stay in Carlton Club rooms on top floors and get the club room privileges including non alcoholic beverages during day and alcohol and food from 6 to 8 pm. The rooms are good size and well appointed. The beds are excellent for a good night sleep after shopping or taking in local entertainment. Breakfast is excellent with wide range of foods for all tastes. The pool and gym are also very good. Hard to fault this really good hotel.

Bed and pillows are comefortable. Spacious toilet design. Beautiful balcony view. The location is convinient for any travellers. Had a great stay at this hotel...all staff were very polite and friendly. Went Wah Lok for lunch, excellent service provide by staff, Book. He gave great food recommendations and top service! Good job to the chef and Book. Had dinner n drinks at Cooling Tower, well looked after by the team too. Keep it up! Looking forward to the next trip, back to this hotel!
