Had the pleasure of staying here for 1-night. Very comfortable rooms with beautiful views overlooking the golf course in central Bangkok. Plenty of nice restaurants in-house if you don't feel like going out. Great butler-service (Sam) and helpful bell-boys. The pool area and gym are stellar, definitely an oasis in a bustling city. We thought the breakfast was nothing to write home about in comparison to other BKK-properties. Would have loved to see more Egg made-to-order options instead of just a normal Benedict. All in all, great property, perfect for relaxed stays in a very comfortable environment.

We mainly stay at the St Regis on our trips to Bangkok and the team know us well by now. They are able to well maintain the level of service which we appreciate - recognizing us by name (even with masks) and always on hand to help with anything I need. I read other reviews about the hotel and see that others have had issues. We may also have hiccups here and there, but they are always fixed quickly and efficiently by the team. My husband and I often drive locally so our interaction from the bell and concierge staff is frequent. Between K.Pete and K.Tom and their colleagues - their attentions and recognition could not have been better. They see us coming and arrange valet and bag help, and any guidance and support we may need. They take up our deliveries and efficiently manage our many many bags which come and go throughout our local trips. The meals we had at the hotel were also very nice and delicious although a bit pricey when compared to other hotels. The VIU restaurant for breakfast has a good selection of food and beverages and very attentive service although it can get very busy in the mornings when the hotel is full. The in-room service was also excellent with housekeeping managing our room cleaning and turndown service seamlessly. We had a brief issue with our laundry being returned later than expected (causing a bit of a timing issue) but our concierge team sorted this and got it to us in the nick of time. The St Regis is not new but still delivers excellent and welcoming services, and is able to maintain the standards we have seen throughout all our stays. Seeing the same faces welcoming us brings us back here time after time. We know to exercise a bit of understanding and patience during their manic moments ramping back up to full capacity - and in doing so, receive their sincere kindness and support in return.

This hotel is obviously a high end option. However for the big price we were disappointed with the boring view outside of condo building right opposite. For a cheaper price we could have booked at JW Marriott, for example, and had a nice view. The rooms are similar. I have to question if Im only paying for the brand name by staying at St Regis. Its not such a big deal but Ms. Hitomi didnt reply to my booking.com message until 4 days later. I had to phone to get someone to reply to me. When we checked into the room she had not arranged a bed for my child. It was a bit hopeless for a 5 star hotel. The guy working on concierge was really professional and helpful. Overall, unsure if I would stay again. Its a possibility but competition for comparable hotels on Sukhumvit makes it a hard decision

Living in Bangkok, on several weekends throughout the year, my family and I like to stay at various properties around town to get a break before the start of the new week. The St. Regis-Bangkok is our location of choice. Natalia and her staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasurable and relaxing stay for me and my family. The check in process is very smooth and swift, and the butler service ensures your stay will be enjoyable once you make it to your luxurious room by providing hot chocolate and cookies for the kids, and various coffees and teas for the adults. The in room dining menu offers a variety of foods for both adults and children so everyone is happy and full. The buffet breakfast is one of the best in town, and the staff is very attentive to special requests. During the past 30 months of the COVID pandemic, we have faced many restrictions in both travel and hospitality, so it is refreshing that the St. Regis optimized our visit for us to enjoy our "Bangkok staycation." All in all, we cannot recommend the St. Regis- Bangkok enough and our family always looks forward to our next stay.

We’ve stayed in the hotel for a total of 3 days. The whole stay was super disappointing 1) we have pre informed the hotel that we are coming with a toddler and specifically requested for them to prepare for kids amenities but nothing was provided until we requested on our arrival 2) the butler service mentioned is non existent. Besides the first day when I checked in I’m being introduced they have never show up when I needed them. The incident is I have requested the butler to come to my room to collect the cash to pass to the concierge as my husband does not have sufficient to pay for the cab as I am with my toddler in the room so it’s inconvenient for me to rush down. My first call to them I informed them of the urgency and requested them to come immediately but no one show up. I called the SECOND time and inform them my husband is near so to come now and they assured me the butler is on the way. And my husband has arrived and there is still no one showing up on my door so I called the THIRD TIME and they assured me they are walking over and needed 10 minutes! So which part of the instruction that they are not clear that it is urgent and the hotel has no sense of urgency or even the process of follow up to return my call. 3) Most disappointing event is on our second night, we have purposely moved to St regis from Sindhorn Kempinski because of the nanny service. We have pre arranged in ahead requested a nanny at 6pm as our anniversary dinner will be at 7.30. And guess what nobody showed up at 6 and my husband has gotten a bit worried as we have not receive any calls from the hotel to inform us that the nanny will be late or anything. He has to go down several time to checked with the concierge. There is no communication between the front desk concierge and. The nanny only reach our room at 7.15 pm !!! We reached our dinner at 8 ish and have to rush through our dinner as the restaurant will close at 9.30 because of the whole failed arrangement by the hotel. 4) We have also received a kids robe with a big whole one the front of the robe which could not be overlooked. I called the butler service front desk to inform them and requested them to change and guess what, it is hanging there until THIRD DAY til I bring it down to 12 floor and showed them. What is the qc as I do not belief this is the standard of st regis at all! 5) My amenities for the bath is not refilled and I have to use the same 3 bottles of amenities until my 3 rd day to ask . I do not mind supporting if it’s going green but I brought down 3bottle which is almost empty and asked what went wrong that even after we are out for the whole day it’s not refilled???! 6) I complained on my second night but nobody bothered to do anything until I walked down to the 12 floor with all the things on my THIRD day informing them how DISAPPOINTED I am throughout the stay and this is definitely not what I’m expecting from any of the Marriott chain. This could be rectified earlier if our complain is taken seriously. Really a huge room for improvement for the level of service.

Dear “Leolala” Allow me to thank you for sharing your feedback concerning your most recent stay at St. Regis Bangkok. We were obviously saddened to learn of your less than satisfactory experience at our hotel, and regret to hear you found our services to be inadequate during your stay. Please rest assured this is certainly not the service we aim to provide to our guests. With that, I believe Khun Alan, our Director of Housekeeping, has already met you upon departure and offered his assistance if you will give us another chance. It would be an absolute privilege to have the opportunity to welcome you back to The St. Regis Bangkok in the not too distant future and to have you being part of our journey and being able to showcase the improvements that have been made, living up to what a St. Regis experience should rightly be. Once again “Leolala”, allow me to extend apologies for the undue nuisances that have been caused on what should have been a productive and rewarding stay with us. I certainly do look forward to having the opportunity to welcoming you back to our amazing destination in the City of Angels and please do not hesitate to contact me for any further assistance. Have an exceptional week ahead and best regards, Natalia Pisarevskaya Assistant Front Office Manager

St. Regis: another one more night and repeat This is the place where you wish your stay would be endless. I extended another two nights after enjoying my first day with clinic la prairie promotion. Because of the warm welcome from the front door by Khun Atiphol and Khun Tom, my first step was so smooth, and bellman K. Joy and K. To helped arrange our luggage and delivery. Moreover, the reservation is lovely and well explained by Khun Pichanan, so I got a very nice golf course view. K. Kris, who checked me in, is adorable and friendly. k. Tina, who help me extend my stay, does her process flawlessly. Khun Natalia gave us warm greetings and made sure we got a pleasant experience in Viu for our breakfast. I can never forget to mention to clinic la prairie, thank you for the special take care by K. Muay, the best therapist I’ve ever seen there. Right now, The St.Regis Bangkok is my comfort zone in town

Two and half years after the pandemic, we were back in Bangkok. It was our first family trip since the pandemic strikes. We were pleasantly surprised that we could still experience the luxurious hospitality of St Regis Bangkok. Kudos to the St Regis Staffs who work tirelessly to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
