Although I've stayed in Bangkok many times, this is my first time in this hotel. What a great find! I stayed 5 nights. The room was very clean and spacious and looked newly refurbished, with a true quality feel. King sized bed was dressed with quality linens, but was much too hard for my back (standard Thai style, but still too hard for me). Room included a desk, comfy sofa, wardrobe with safe box, fridge, kettle, modern TV with a few English channels, bidet toilet seat, rain shower, and separate bathtub. Wifi was fast enough and reliable. Not much of a view, being on the 3rd floor. The complex consists of two buildings, with the fitness center and pool located on the rooftop of building 1 (with the reception desk). On the ground floor of the second building is a restaurant and bar called "Delish Daily". Happy hour prices on drinks are a good deal and food prices are right in line with similar inexpensive restaurants in this neighborhood. I had a drink here but no food, but would not hesitate to eat here on future visits. Location is excellent, just 200 meters from the main road, and Soi 33 is lined with many street food carts. Many convenience stores, pharmacies, and massage shops are within an easy walking distance, and the Phrom Pong BTS station is just 500 meters away. At the price I paid for my room, I will make this my go-to Bangkok hotel. With a softer bed, I could call this place home.

The room was spacious, clean and well supplied with toiletries. Fresh towels everyday in spite of not putting used ones on the floor. Staff very friendly and gladly fulfilled all our request. We had a more expensive room for the last night but since the standard room was so comfortable never bothered to change. We had two nights, went on to Phuket and returned for a further 5 nights. We left all our food in the fridge by accident and they kept it all safe in their fridge till we returned. On many occasions the restaurant cheerfully heated up our food. Restaurant served up clean, safe and tasty food. Locations was marvelous, just a walk from Emporium, BTS, etc.

Great value for money. Super clean and quiet in central Bangkok. Great rooftop swimming pool that has sunlight most of the day. Excellent location. Bathroom has separate shower and bathtub. I have absolutely no complains at all especially considering the price. I met a Senior Executive from Singapore whom I went night clubbing with - not knowing that he stayed in the Bless Residence but he stayed in a serviced apartment. He had the money to stay in any hotel but he also thought that this hotel was great value for money and close to business and nightlife entertainment. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and my girlfriend liked it too. Preferred this hotel to Mercure esp considering it was less than half the cost of Mercure.

After having a huge amount of hotels to choose from this seemed a fairly good choice. The stay was very disappointing.
Main problems were we arrived at the hotel at 8am after a 14 hr flight and then had to wait around for 6 hours until 2pm to check in so ended up sleeping in the reception. We were not even offered an alternative temporary room so we could recover.
We also were charged 1200 baht/£28 for the towels being dirty (fake tan on which would have washed out) however we took the towels with us so we could at least recover some costs, considering the towels would have cost 10% of this.
The hotel is also generally a bit run down, the gym is old and our experience all started on a negative vibe and we left on an even bigger one. Avoid this and find a hotel where they care about their customers!

My husband and I enjoy staying near Terminal 21 shopping center. This hotel caught our attention because of the roof top pool. We stayed in the new building of the hotel. The room had plenty of space and all the amenities. I was concerned at first the location of our room was directly in front of the lift. I worried we would wake in the night with noise of late nighters returning home. This was never the case with our 3 nights accommodation. We both slept great with no distractions. We very much enjoyed the roof top bar and pool as well. We sat up there for sunsets and it was all peace and quiet. The surrounding area has what you expect to find in Bangkok. Lots of street food, 7-11, massage, hair, nails and plenty of restaurants. The taxis found picking us up and dropping off very easy.

Have stayed here many more, with the right several nights. It is well located, baraca 10 min to the skytrain, walking distance to the luxury department store Emporium and EmQuartier. The rooms are two rooms of 65 sqm with kitchen large bathroom, living room and bedroom which are always clean, comfortable and large bed, Nice and large rooftop pool, with a good bar. We stayed in room 418 and it was a quiet room, which was great as that's what we had asked for. The shower pressure was good and it was very clean. Location was excellent - close to everything but down an alley so it wasn't too noisy. The pool was nice as well. We would have stayed there again on our way back to the UK but it wasn't available. Only downside was the pillows - they were enormous and very hard, which didn't make for a comfortable sleep. We asked for some better ones but were told there weren't any, so ended up covering the cushions with our own pillowcases and sleeping on those instead.

This hotel is very nice, in a very quiet and peaceful private pitch despite being 20 meters from the road, very friendly reception staff and always ready to help the customer. They ask for 1,000 deposit but this is not a problem for me, it is not an expense at the time of check out the deposit is returned. The rooms are nice large and very clean, it's exactly like in the photos online, the bathroom is also perfect, it has a very comfortable shower by the side and a spotless bathtub that is practically immaculate on the other side. I must say that the cleanliness in this hotel is absolutely excellent. The only problem in my opinion, the mattress is a bit too hard and I think it is certainly a bit dated, I would say that about the bed could be done better. Good location. In the end I was satisfied, also for the excellent value for money.

Yes, dino977. The Superior Room comes with a bath tub and shower, along with the stove top in the kitchen with basic kitchen accessories. All really nice for the price.
