Main problems were we arrived at the hotel at 8am after a 14 hr flight and then had to wait around for 6 hours until 2pm to check in so ended up sleeping in the reception. We were not even offered an alternative temporary room so we could recover.
We also were charged 1200 baht/£28 for the towels being dirty (fake tan on which would have washed out) however we took the towels with us so we could at least recover some costs, considering the towels would have cost 10% of this.
The hotel is also generally a bit run down, the gym is old and our experience all started on a negative vibe and we left on an even bigger one. Avoid this and find a hotel where they care about their customers!
"It's a niche kind of place and has a different ambience to 5 star properties. I prefer this kind any day. It doesn't have a pool"Read full review
"Off the main road so very quiet for central Bangkok. Great value for money hotel with decent swimming pool."Read full review
