Nice clean rooms with good hot shower, we stayed in the fan room and it was very spacious, and for the price I will definitely recommend it. The wifi worked super fast in the room, and the food at the restaurant is good- especially the papaya salad! The location is great, quiet but close enough to Khao San Rd. My...

We ate here a couple of times. It takes a while for servers to take your order. Good is very bland and tasteless. Have tried a couple different dishes and still- blah. They older lady there is very sweet, but I think they need a new cook. Also there is a small dog they have sitting on a table- I...

The double fan rooms are small and not so clean and the beds are hard and very uncomfortable. There isn't Wifi connection on the floors but only at the restaurant. The only friendly person we have found was the owner, a woman known as mum. The new generation of owners (the waitress and the 3 guys at the reception) were...

I came here for lunch and it wasn't bad but I was didisappointed by the unkindness of the waitress who was pushy and seemed to be in a hurry to get my order. Food is not bad by the way but they should be nicer with guests.

This is perfect budget place. Located in Baglampoo, close to Khao San Rd but you don't have those crazy parties till 3 am in front of your window. The place is quite silent. Rooms are small and pretty basic but very clean. Air con works. I love people that run this business, the are one family, so nice! In front...

We stayed in this guest house for 3 nights. 2 nights in a triple room with prove bathroom, last night in a dorm room with shared bathroom. The place is very clean, rooms are different according to the option you choose, you can stay in a dorm for small money or pay a little bit more and have a bigger...

I first stayed at KC Guesthouse 24 years ago when my wife and I were backpacking around the world. This time I was on a 3 week trip with my son and was excited and happy to learn that the family who owned it then, still owned it, despite it now being a 4 storey concrete building instead of a...

I'm visiting Bangkok again and have come back to my favourite family run guesthouse. Everything is as clean, efficient, friendly and safe as on my previous visits and the decor is as fresh and creative as ever. The roof gardens are flourishing and staff and family work together to keep this place as consistently welcoming and friendly as ever. It's...

Clean rooms, good food, staff were very friendly... even when my friend and I rocked up at 4am after a night out! Would definitely go back there if I ever go to Bangkok again. Good location too, 5 min walk from Khao San Road but not too close that you get woken by the noise.

We stumbled upon this place after leaving an awful hostel close by, and we're very happy we did! The room was pretty clean, had good a/c and fan, and the location is awesome! Right near Khao San Road and also the boat. A little noisy...but to be expected if you're staying in that area. The restaurant downstairs is really good...
