If u want to stay just for 1-2 days it's okay because after that you will feel bored with breakfast.
Overall room it's good, clean, but with a little bit hard bedroom for me.

Close to bts but the rooms are very small and the walls are dirty. Check in staff was nice and spoke English. I cannot comment on breakfast as I left before it started.
I would not stay here again as there are better options.
