As usual spent a week at this property, the 4th time this year. The staff are always welcoming, and the facilities and service is great. The gym, swimming pool, restaurants and in particular the Executive Lounge all exceptional. i wish to express a special thank you to Khun Tha who assisted me greatly with an extended stay as my flight is after Midnight. I liked the hotel and it, and I booked the Quan Spa Center, which was elegant and very clean. I enjoyed the tranquility and comfort. I thank the employee named Khunta for the elegant massage and my respect at all times. She maintained the calm of the place and the atmosphere, her smile was warm, and she has experience in spa and massage work.

Excellent lobby service crew especially Ryu. We had a great time stay at Renaissance Hotel. Will definitely come back again. The only downside was the renovation at the carpark area which was causing a bit of inconvenience.

Delightful from the moment of check in, greeted with a refreshing fruit punch after 16 hours of flying. Lovely! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Luxurious deep bath, large bathroom, comfy beds and pillows, excellent AC (much needed!) mini-fridge, safe and good sized wardrobe. Heaps of storage space to properly unpack. Front desk staff, bar staff and concierge go out of their way to help with anything and to make you feel welcome. Pamar at the concierge desk was excellent - so friendly and great personal service, gave great advice and helped us book a couple of excursions. Easy walk to BTS and 7-11, perfect location. If we’re ever back in beautiful BKK, the Renaissance Ratchaprasong would be our first choice. Recommend 10/10.

We stayed on the Club Floor in this nice hotel maybe for the 7th or 8th time and this was another fantastic stay! All staff are genuinely friendly, the breakfast is good as always, the 25 m Swimming Pool allows you to have a good swim, Sauna and Steam Bath are really maintained well. The Housekeeping goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Sending a little snack upon check-in for my loyalty and the BD Cake during my BD was highly appreciated and shows the genuine willingness to make our stay special. The Canapes during the Cocktail Hour were fantastic both in terms of variety and quality, I did not see this high level of quality in any other hotel I stayed! The team of Amp, Lemon and Jessy does fantastic Cocktails and this is definitely worth mentioning since we could see a big improvement compared to our previous stays! Another fantastic stay in one of our favourite hotels and they even became better over the years! Well done!…

First time staying at this property for business trip 6-10Nov. I am amazed by the level of professionalism and commitment starting with k. Tar at the front desk for Elite.
