The room is modern. The pool only has 8 sunbeds. This is definitely not enough for a hotel with this number of rooms. They even shared the pool with Novotel in the same building. You need to get up really early to get a sunbed. The breakfast is ok, but some essential is missing. Fresh orange juice. They serve some watery thing with orange taste. They have a nice cappuccino machine in the breakfast restaurant, but they don't use it for breakfast. Instead they use a low quality one for breakfast. They don't have a shower room that can be used after check out if you need a shower before a late flight. You are "forced " to pay half day if possible or for one more night. This hotel is good for 1 night stay if you check in late and leave early the next day.

It's such a joy when you book accomodations with a property you never heard of, in a city/country that you never before travelled, and upon check out, you feel such appreciation and gratitude towards the staff and establishment. That completely sums up my feeling towards this Accor property. In concluding my review, I simply must give an honorable call out to associate Mr. Jiw. His knowledge and kindness made my first time visit to Bangkok a memorable one, with the longing to return. I thank you Jiw, and all my new friends in the super-fun bar & restaurant. It was my first time staying at Ibis Style Sukhumwit 4. The service was great, from the Golden Key Concierge Khun Kan, to Receptionist Khun Kook, till the Housekeeping Attendant... All very friendly, polite & kind. I was having some issue with my lugagge upon arrival. Then I approached Khun Kan. Without any hesitation, he immediately helped me to contact the supplier for fixing my luggage. Very FAST problem resolution. Next, I forget if I have enrolled into Accor membership. Khun Kook immediately helped me to check. After she gave me the key and I went up to the floor, before I enter the room, I turnes back and go down to the reception as I was unhappy with the room location that I'll be staying for 6D5N. Without asking any reason, Khun Kook immediately change a city view room for me. Upon checkoutt, the concierge also offer to get me a shuttle to Nana station even it was 8am early morning. Every time I passby lobby, the reception & concierge tram will sure greet me with a big smile. Great hospitality experience! A little dissappintment was that I was thinking to try lunch at the hotel restaurant in one of the afternoon. Unfortunately, no one from the restaurant approaches me even though there was no customers and I saw a male staff in suit playing mobile phone in the restaurant. I was flipping the menu at the entrance for 2-3 mins to wait for the staff to approach me. But I was treated "transparently". So, I just went out to have some food later. This service was unacceptable eapecially during this period of time. Another inconvenient or uncomfortable experience was the street in front of the hotel going out to the main street, especially after sunset. There were too many prostitutes cruising along the street. And the free shuttle service ended 5pm. So, I was forced to walk at those street after shuttle operation hours. I felt uneasy with this. This might affect my decision for my next stay in Bangkok. Overall, besides the restaurant service, others were up to my expectation & satiafaction. …

Stayed here for my ASQ. It's worth the amount I paid for. Food is good and room is clean and well-equipped with necessity (water and toilet papers etc). The staffs are professional and friendly! Keep up the good work. The whole process of the airport pick up to the check in was seamless and easy. Communication with the staff via LINE was efficient and responsive. Only wished there were harder pillows (personally). Other than that, everything is great :) Highly recommend.

Today is my last day in quarantine and the experience, as unusual as it is given the current Covid situation, was quite pleasant. I chose this hotel because of the smart TVs and their cancellation policy. Other hotels that I researched only allowed cancellations up to 7 to 3 days before arrival and my concern was if I tested positive for Covid before leaving home. But, the hotel confirmed that if I tested positive that I would receive a full refund. The hotel has provided amazing service which has either met or exceeded my expectations. The staff are kind and professional. I felt safe here. The rooms are clean. The food is good with a nice selection. I was never hungry and I stopped ordering a starter and dessert with my meals as the portions were too much for me. The relaxation areas are quite nice with beautiful views of Bangkok - which is nice when you're in quarantine. I used their room service a few times when I wanted a fancier coffee or dessert and they were nice treats. I've enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again for quarantine or just a regular visit.…

I chose Ibis Styles on Sukhumvit Soi 4 for my alternate state quarantine hotel during these covid pandemic restrictions. The hotel is very clean, the service is extremely professional and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for your ASQ experience and I would also like to see what it’s like when life is back to normal again so I’m sure I will visit again.

I stayed here for my ASQ in Bangkok. For 15 days the hotel was providing good service, nice food, friendly staff. I'm impressed they give me a birthday cake during quarantine. Everything was provided and everyone was friendly. The room was very clean and have no dusts, no hair. The bedsheets are very sanitary and clean. The surfaces in the room are also clean with no dusts. The relaxation area were very clean. They provided alcohol gel in all areas and everyone was wearing sanitary covid19 friendly clothes. I will stay here again even without ASQ and after Covid19. The ASQ went very well and they adhere 100% and I was very impressed about everything they do is following protocol. I love this hotel and will stay here again.
