The moment we entered to the hotel when we arrived, We are so excited & suprised with the interior design & services from their staff. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the nearest train station & it is free helpful since we need to take train to our destinations. Location : It is located near to the convenient store, 7 eleven which is opposite to the hotel, shop coffee area, shopping mall (terminal 21) which is you can take the hotel shuttle service & walk in 2 minutes to the mall. Bedroom : It is very neat & tidy. My husband requested for anniversary decoration before we arrived here, the hotel exactly gave the decorations that my husband wanted to surprised me and surprisingly it’s complimentary! The room that we booked also have an iron, ironboard, hair dryer, washing machine (can use for wash & dry) , microwave, toaster, fridge & many more! The toiletteries also complete for us to use. Staff : Their staffs are very friendly & helpful when we asked for something. Sam is one of their staff that is always tried to help us clearly & explained everything very well. Other staffs, Tow, Cheep, Miw & Meen also very helpful when we need something. Thank you so much for the complimentary anniversary decorations, & to their staffs. Warm greeting by the staff. Easy to check in. The location is very strategic and have shuttle service to send or pick up from the Asok BTS. Walk in distance to everywhere. The staffs was great and helpful. Sham, Toni, Checp, Meen and Min were helping during our stay. The room was great, clean and complete. Recommended to stay here!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We were served by their amazing staff Mr Sam and Mr Cheep. They chauffeured us around designated places such as Interchange Tower/Prompong to and fro whenever we needed. They recommended us some locations for massage and food. They are readily contactable via Whatsapp or the front desk. Kudos to these 2 gentlemen. However, there's some issue with the room air-con in the middle of the night 1130pm during one night, it was fixed within 15mins (engineer came to fix immediately after a call to front desk due to some water drainage issue). Another qualm is the arm chair in the room is quite a hazard, toes are often knocked against the protruding legs sometimes we walk pass. Amenities wise, there's a 7-eleven is right opposite the property. During night time, there are 1 to 2 push-cart street hawkers operating as well. Within walking distance, there are many cafes, bars, massage parlor, convenience stores etc. Also, Terminal 21 is the most prominent mall nearby, easily accessible by their shuttle. We love the room, property location and service staff who recommended good local places to visit - to have a local touch. 👍…

Room was clean and has everything that we need (gym, hairdryer, clean towels everyday etc.). Location is also great; away from the busy road. It’s about 10 mins walk to the train station but there is a shuttle service where they can send you near the train station. Staff was friendly and service was good; special mention to Cheep and Yong. Will recommend.

Great service, clean, responsive, very reasonable price. Stayed for handful of nights as digital nomad work. Wifi not the greatest, would still get an AIS 5g Sim. Solo Uno also a nice fancier, imported Italian cuisine. Would stay again. Thank you to Toni, Job, Sam, and Marian.
