My family stayed at the column occupying 2 2-bedroom suites. Very spacious. Rooms are very nice. Children like the bathtubs. Breakfast at Long Table was superb. Meals at Tok Lae Dee were also very good. Foodland grocery located downstairs is very convenient. Pharmacy is also well stocked.

My usual stay in Bangkok for business meetings. Good room good room rate. Attentive staff. Convenient location with Asok station just few minutes walk away. If you hungry and opt for outside food, you may hop in Foodland supermarket just next door. Breakfast is simple yet complete and nice. After a long day, don't forget to check out the popular...

Column hotel is conveniently located close to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Next door you can find a 24 hour Food Land outlet with supermarket and bakery on the premises plus a 7 Eleven store just across the street. Hotel room is more like a serviced apartment with large living space, kitchenette, pantry, guest/extra bathroom, lounge with dining area,...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We were lucky to stay on one of the upper level floors which gave a stunning view over the city. We were upgraded so our room was more like an apartment with a kitchen and even laundry facilities. Needless to say this was a great room. Another nice aspect of the hotel...

This hotel is good for value, the location is fairly close to the metro station and is centrally located. Rooms are large and suitable for families travelling with children. Staff were friendly and nice. What I didn't like too much was that the hotel is little dated, the lobby looks worn out and the room service menu is very poor...

Stayed here for the first time, as booked by local client. Excellent huge room with great views from L37. Close to Sukhumvit street which has plenty of restaurants and shops/malls close by. The breakfast included with docket and reasonable choice etc. We had dinner on L25 called Long-table and sitting outside around 7pm was a magnificent view of city and...

Located about 5 mins (walking) from the Asok (BRT) and Sukhumvit (MRT) stations, and a minute away from the bustling main road, Column is a great place to stay. The breakfast and food at "Long Table" too is commendable, with views to die for, without pinching your pockets. The rooms are very very spacious and have all the amenities one...

I usually stay at another hotel further into sukhumvit soi 16, but Column Bangkok's closer location to the BTS skytrain is an advantage when walking in hot temperatures. Also the rooms are either studios or 1 or 2 bedroom suites with full kitchen with washer and dryer. Bathrooms have separate shower and bathtub. Although I didn't dine there, the Longbar,...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
